plays an important role in making life of individual much easier. In other words, it can be seen as
flexibility given to the people in order to complete their task and duties within no time. However,
when talked about internet influence on channel distribution and customer satisfaction, it has
played a very much vital role.
Earlier, there was a problem that people were not able to track the information which is
given by the principal source. With the help of internet, distribution and other things has become
much smoother and in current time scenario, a person can track the order that till where the
shipment has been done (Nasri and Charfeddine, 2012). For instance, e-bay is an online
Multinational Corporation and e-commerce company which emphasize on selling consumer to
consumer and business to consumer sales. Cited business firm has its operations over 30
countries and the whole work is done with the help of internet. E-bay has a wide range of
products and services and renders the same through their website. Here, the role of internet plays
a crucial role. Earlier, when a person orders the product then he/she only gets the date that when
it will dispatched to them. But now, with the revolution in the internet, a person is able to track
the exact location and other details either through the website or mobile app. With the help of it,
consumer is also aware that when they will exact get their products so ordered (The Internet as a
Distribution Channel, 2016).
Moreover, customer service with the help of it has been improved significantly and this is
the only reason that why there is more rush to online market as compared to the physical market.
Further, customer also get best quality products at an affordable price. Though, it can be said that
the internet has created a sensation and there are many better services which will get start in
coming time period. Channel of distribution has been decided and exact delivery status is given
to the person who has ordered their items through this online channels. Mode of payment has
also become easier and there is real time transaction that the order is placed and principal seller
is getting the amount which is paid by the buyer (Xu, G. and et.al., 2014).

services in quick and rapid manner. Tracking of product details has become easier and customers
getting best of the satisfaction. Their needs and demands getting fulfilled within no time. This is
only a single example of the online organization, there exist many others as well where internet
can be seen as a major solution for communicating and interacting. Thus, it can be seen as
internet is useful in channel distribution
