internet of things in the sector of the heath care. The focus point of the report is to take into consideration different
advantage and disadvantage whcich are related to re sector and the normal functionality of the aspect.

1. INTRODUCTION
The internet and the web service, which is related to the
concept, has evolved in recent times, which directly enhance
the sector of the working which is involved into the normal
life of the people. It can be stated here that the technology is
playing very vital role in different sector of the life, which can
be divided into different working groups. The concept of the
internet of things are directly based on the aspect of the
essential solutions which are related to the IoT definition as a
device which is network that directly connects each of the
other devices and share the data which are very much vital
though the concept of secure service level (SSL) Perera, Liu
and Jayawardena (2015). The concept, which is applicable to
the aspect of the SSL, connects the central command and the
control server in the concept of the cloud. The main sector
which is evolved due to the concept of the internet of things in
the sector of the health can be directly related to the aspect of
the improving of the access to care, increase in the quality
which is related to the health care. Most importantly the sector
of the reduction of the cost, which is related to the care of the
patient. As the technology which is related ot the analyzing,
collecting and transmitting data in the concept of the IoT
increase or mature as time goes, it can be expected that the
sector can be seen to be more evolving in the near future. It
can be stated here that there are no shortage of prediction,
which is related to how the internet of things is going to be
great reduction in the price, which is related to treatment, and
it would be allowing increasing the quality of the service,
which is being provided. Wireless sensor based machine are
being placed in recent times which directly records the details
of the patient which was not available before this technology
invent and on the other hand delivering of the care to the
patient for whom it would have not been possible before. In
these ways it can be stated that the concept of the

Understanding Internet of things
As the concept of the internet of things is directly
connected to the aspect of the connecting of the
devices it was stated by Perera, Liu and
Jayawardena (2015) that “Today computers—and
therefore, the
Internet—are almost wholly dependent on human
beings for information. The problem is, people have
limited, time, attention and accuracy—all of which means
they are not very good at capturing data about things in the
real world”. The main solution in the aspect, which was
always believed to be taken care of, is that the concept, which
is applicable to the aspect of the empowering of the devices to
directly, gather information without any human intervention.
The concept, which is related to the aspect of the devices

following ways:
The advancement in the sector of the connectivity of the

be achieved from the concept is that is directly collects
the data of the patient over time which would be very
much beneficial in the aspect of the enabling the cure of
the patient. The concept also allows prompt
understanding and treatment of the patient and taking into

process. The process can be very much beneficial in a

is connected to the IoT. This concept is very much

concept can be directly be related to the aspect of the
collecting useful physiological information and uses the
different gateway and the cloud to directly analyse the
concept and apply the treatment, which is best to the
patient directly in a real time manner.
Scalable monitoring: It can be stated here that on order to
get the overall condition of the patient who is in hospital
the need of the continually monitoring is very much
needed. It can be stated that a patient condition can
detoriate within a second. In this context it can be stated
that the concept of the internet of things is playing very
vital role in the sector of proving the details of the patient
relating to the heart beat, blood pressure, position of the
body and many other details which can be termed very
much important for the patient as stated by Perera, Liu

the concept of the internet of things, can be changing the
society in the recent future. It directly gives the provision of

instance of time when it is required and at any time related to
the requirement. The result, which are obtained from the
technology, can also be considered to be very much correct
and it directly involves the security of the data as stated by

concept, which is applicable to the issue of the digital,
physical and the virtual world, would be ending. The concept
of wireless technology can be easily implemented within the
concept of the internet of things and it can be stated here that

would be helping them to keep fit, in this concept it can be

the internet of things it can be stated that different devices
have to communicate with each other to directly fulfil the
sector of the communication and the process which related to
the working with the concept. In recent times it can be stated
that research is being provided on the aspect of the creation of
the different communication medium which is related to the
working within the peripheral of the organisation which
majorly focus on the collection of the data. The organisation,
which is named as the Continua heath alliance, which is the
interoperability personal heath solution. The organisation
directly stated that the concept in the near future would be
playing vital role of the data of the patient is kept secured and
the connectivity of the different devices are very much
appropriate which would be enforcing a means of secured

organisation in recent times has directly fasciculate a range of
specifications which I related to the concept of
interoperability. In the future, the organisation who would be
directly, involved into the aspect of the Continua certified
devices could directly have the assurance, which is related to
the connectivity aspect between different IoT driven
applications. The continual standard of devices can be
considered one of the largest standards, which are related to
the environment, which connects information technology
standard establishment, by the International organisation for
Standardization (ISO) and engineering standard which is a set
by the institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE).
4. ADVANTAGE
Some of the advantage which is related to the concept of the
internet of things in the sector of health care are stated below:
Data: The concept of automatic saving of the information,
which is related to the health record, can be one of the
biggest advantage, which is related to the concept. It can
be stated here that different sensors directly work in
coordination, which would be enabling the storage of the
data in a proper manner, which would be helping in the
process of the medical treatment. In most of the time, the
data of the patient in real time can be used to monitor
crucial patents activity in a real time, which would be
directly helping to secure the patient and providing
appropriate treatment to the patient. The doctor in these
cases can also make use of the data in order to judge the
condition of the patient and take necessary steps, which

processing can be one of the most advantage sector due to
the aspect the patient can get treatment in a quick time
period which would be very much beneficial for them in

effective. On the other hand it can be stated that the
money is most invested in the sector of the initial set up

Security: The security of the data can be considered one
of the most disadvantage sector which is related to the
concept of the internet of things. It can be stated here that
since the data of the user or the patient is very much

priority which should be involved into the concept. All
the data must be encrypted in form by which no third
party or nay types of intruders can indulge into the
different types of activity into the concept of the data.
Complexity: The complexity which is seen within the
concept of the internet of things has made the researchers
to think about the concept and whether to make the
implementation or not. It can be stated here that the since
the communication of the different sensors mainly
establish a sector which if one of the devices in the sector
gets damaged or malfunction it is very much difficult to
identify the device and help to repair the overall system
which is involved into the concept of the working.
Safety: There are a big chance that other person or
hackers are accessing the data of the patient. It can
sometimes lead to a big problem due to the factor that the
patient personal data would be at a risk and different
hackers to indulge into different types of illegal activity
can use the data.

considered to be one of the technology which is yet to be in
the stage of total exploitation. The main function which is
related to the concept of the internet of things in the field of

is applied to the different technology and the devices,

also enabling the aspect, which is related to the

of the data of the patient. It can be stated here that in the
near future the standard of the health care would be
reaching a much higher level which would be directly
accompanying different standard were the patient would
be receding treatment in a much greater standard.

of technology. In the recent times, it can be stated that the
concept would be playing a more vital role when the

communication, are resolved. In most of the times, it is
seen majorly that since the aspect of the internet of things
can be applicable to different form of objects by means of
linking of sensors to the devices it has majorly help in the
concept of providing many opportunity to the user. All
the objects in the concept would be directly working
seamlessly in the concept if the machine to machine
interfaces. This level of interconnection can be
considered very much vital in the sphere of the
technology, which is related to the health care sector.
These all factors with the help if the genomic input would
be making the input of the aspect very much friendly,
makes the appraised decision of the standard, and directly
give high quality data into the process. The process of
internet of things health care can be considered to be very
much economical due to the fact of the different sectors

the healthcare devices for the developing world, can be
the remote consulting, hand held diagnostic. Other
devices, which would be very much beneficial in the
aspect of the detection of epidemic diseases such as the

hamper the life of the common people.
