 Internet of things refers to the connectivity of internet with different equipments in home which
ease in conducting operations with more frequently. Internet of things is the aspects which
makes extensive use of internet connection in daily life.
 These days, there is more use of internet connection through which working efficiency can be
maintained because of less time in performing daily routine work.

Literature Review
Concept of smart home environment
According to Chandler Clayton, 2018 smart home refers to different home appliances which are
relevant as per today's requirement. It is important and significant to understand alteration
which are positive appropriate as per society development. In smart technology, there is easy
use of lighting, electricity, temperature, etc. is in control of owner. While at the same time,
television, computer, stereo, coffee pot, etc. It is easy to use different technologies with remote
control. Home can be made smart with use of internet friendly techniques which assist in
completely tasks frequently and with more efficiency.

Impact on daily life activities in smart home environment due to internet of things
There are different techniques which can be used with the help of IOT such as television, air
conditioner, curtain, etc. which are access with the help of remote. There is requirement of
different sources i.e. smart tube-light, washing machine, camera, gate, etc. with the help of
which individual can keep these things handy and can access easily. According to Puneet Mehta,
2019 there are different areas such as health related, turning car, grocery list, energy
consumption, etc. which has to be considered in day to day lie which get affected with internet
of things. There is positive impact on daily life activities of individuals with smart techniques
because owner can access home appliance with mobile phones through internet connectivity.

things because this maintains positive environment at home and assist in measuring security.

this case, it is responsibility of owner to understand its use and upgrade relevantly.
Camera assist individuals to keep security controlled because they have access of their in their
mobile phones, so they can analyse properly what is happening when owner are not present at
home. Smart washing machines are used in which clothes are washed and dry with use of
internet connectivity.

things which assist in improving home environment. With the help of using smart

authenticity and availability, etc. There are different home equipments such as Smart lock,
Smart bulb, Remote control curtains, Wireless internet connection , etc. which can be used
for smooth and smart working.

Research Methodology
 Primary information is one handed information and it is collected by researcher himself/ herself
so this is time and cost consuming approach. Questionnaire, survey, personal interview and
focus group to collect primary information. Secondary information is collected through sources
which is already collected by someone else.
 It is consider as an important process that used by investigator to examining the data by using
statistical and analytical tools. It help investigator in decision making activities within the
research.

 For this investigation, Deductive approach is appropriate because this covers major concept
initially and then focus on small things, so it is easy to understand internet of things in proper
and appropriate manner.
 Descriptive research design is used in this investigation because with the help of it full
information about research can be achieved. This makes clear understanding in mind of reader
about each and every aspect.
 For performing this investigation, qualitative investigation is used under which there is no use
of technical and mathematical models. Hence reader can easily understand what is specified
under it.

 Sampling is the procedure under which number of candidates are chosen for gathering
information from them about internet of things. Probability and non probability are ways of
sampling. For this investigation, simple random probability sampling method is availed
because this is the easiest and simplest method to collect information. 30 respondents are
selected for collecting primary information for internet on things and its impact on home
environment.
 It is crucial for research to undertake research in ethical manner. If they did the same then they
easily make study more reliable and authentic. Both terms are crucial for research activities in
improving authenticity of research activities.
