Summary of experience:
The internship has helped me to learn many things in the whole process. It has helped
me to understand and clear many areas that were unchanged or never attempted by me during
my course period. I have solved many issues which I believed to be impossible to solve.
However, I was able to meet the requirement, understand the issue and face them
accordingly. It helped me to develop an understanding about team work and co-ordination.
The early period was very comforting and easy. I was helped and supported by everyone if I
could not understand anything initially. There was someone or the other who guided me to do
my work efficiently. I faced new challenges every day and had to mitigate them regularly. I
was consulted by the supervisor and co-workers. During the early period I had a very typical
thought that it would be a real tough task to solve the issues. The daily challenges made me
realise that a little bit of efficient work along with logic could help me to develop better skills
in myself. The initial days were highly motivating that motivated me to work with full
efficiency. On the first few days I felt frustrated and believed I could not perform well. But
soon the thought changes. When I saw I could investigate myself and apply my knowledge to
solve the issue I gained confidence. As days passed by there were changes in the approach
from everyone. I was no longer a fresher and had experienced few challenges by myself. I
was learning to apply new techniques and applied them to resolve issues. Since week 4 I
started doing modification and configuration on switches. During this period I was
experiencing a complete new term. I was confident about my decision as I have already
noticed my seniors working on same techniques or similar. In my 5th week of intern I had
faced failure due to implication of my new strategy. There were technical errors too that
enhanced the failure further. However, I was helped by my colleague that gave me a better
idea about co-working and co-operation. The task in the later period were difficult and
complicated. However, that increased my curiosity and excitement as I believed that the

challenges will help me to learn further about the incident and help me to gain more
knowledge in life.
SWOT analysis on Internship:
Strength:
 Improved communication power with the co-workers

 Often feel frustrated

Learning outcome:
I have learned to communicate with the co-workers efficiently and try to seek their help if
required. I do not hesitate or feel uncomfortable while asking for help from them. When I am
communicating I make sure that the conversation is effective and it reaches the client on time.
I try to make sure that when I am explaining an issue I also provide a solution of it accurately
or recommend properly. I have learned to become creative and innovative in my work field. I
have also learned about the importance of team work and group work and how to relate with
them efficiently. I learned how to interact with colleague and be in a work environment. This
will help me in my future while I will be working in some company.
Leadership followed:
The leadership that was followed there was transformational leadership this type of
leadership encourages the workers to work dedicatedly and comfortably. The working
environment gets influenced by the leaders in such areas(Walker and McLean 2013). The
leader in my company too had this motivating tendency. Initially I was not forced to meet my
target in the company. I was asked to learn about the incident and working system of the
organization so that I can perform well once I get an idea. This helped me to take initiative to
voluntarily solve the problem by investigation and inquiring from the clients. I was said by
the leader that I was a fast learner and that motivated me further to grasp the whole
responsibility in a short span of time. I was taught to concentrate on the problems and then
decide to take the necessary step. This helped me a lot in my future days. I have followed this
quality in my personal work life as I got influenced from my leader I decided to take
initiative to resolve the issues myself with critical analysis and technical thinking. Soon I was
able to meet my fear and achieve the desired goal I wanted to reach. However, I was not

allowed to live work as I was a fresher but the lack of confidence was no more present in me
and I was sure about my working skills. I also learned from here that thorough analysis and
following the procedure is very important to understand the problem and resolve the issues.
Teamwork:
The importance of team work is very important in every work field. The teams must
work with full co-ordination else it will be difficult to perform with quality production. The
work field ambience describes the working environment and types of production the workers
are giving. Team work is very important in every working culture. The team work culture in
this company is comparatively high and there is sufficient understanding and co-ordination
among the workers. The workers are really helpful and compatible with each other. During
my initial stage of internship I was very nervous regarding my skills and the environment.
The approach from the workers side was highly acceptable and friendly and I gained much
confidence about my work life only from their approach pattern. Later on I realized that they
were equally helpful to me while my internship was going on. During my work time I often
got stuck in few areas and it became really difficult for me to understand the issue. These
workers had helped to solve the issue and the challenges efficiently. I did not hesitate to seek
help from them as I felt I was learning more and educating myself from these experienced
workers. The work environment can be further improved if the workers are getting more
scopes to communicate with each other. Every time a fresher comes they can be
accommodated with an experienced worker to get a better idea about the working system and
responsibility. This will also increase the communicating scope among the workers.
Professional development:
I have future plans to study further and gain more knowledge in my academic life. Before
taking any decision I would analyse few things such as:

 The field where I want to continue my education with
 The field that has higher scope of prosperity
 The job role that will fit my previous academic skill
 The job vacancy
 The job field from where I can expand further and prosper
Depending on these factors I will determine how I will proceed with my future plans.
The future plans will include either job or education or may be job with education but that
will be completely dependent on the chances of the options meeting my criteria. I am sure
enough that educating myself will be one of the most evitable factor of my life. However, I
will be also in touch will the academic sessions of my university and will attend all the
important lectures and seminars in the year that will improve my knowledge. The primary
reason to work is that I want to gain live experience from the real working system. In
academic life will gain knowledge only from the bookish knowledge. However, in job life I
will be meeting the different live challenges of daily life that help me to gain more
knowledge in comparison to the academic life. Along with this I will continue with distant
course that will help me to cover few other areas of work and courses.
It professional in society:
The need for IT professional is extremely high in present days. The technology
advancement has crippled the society without the IT professionals(Janowitz 2017). The IT
professional are saviour for the general society who do not have much idea about how to
meet the challenges faced from the technology. Every day there issues related to the digital
objectives that we are using in our daily life. Thus, an IT professional is required in every
field. The use of technology is readily accepted in society thus the IT professionals are also
highly accepted in the society. IT professionals should thoroughly scrutinize the problems
and resolve them with judicious decision making. In this field it is very important to identify

the true and real problem that is related to the work and make necessary changes in that. The
stake holders who has interest in IT field are almost every one. The need for a well -
established technology system in every field that includes government, personal, corporate.
The information technology needs to grow its roots in every field for a betterment in every
field and must make sure that they are working swiftly(Tam 2015).
Overall view:
The discussion has already discussed about the incidents that has happened with me
during my work life. The time period of this intern was not long, however, I faced many
incidents and issues that I have solved myself and that gave me immense pleasure and
confidence about my work skill. The work field was relatively compatible and adjusting, I
never had any issue with anything or anyone. Instead I was guided and supported by
everyone. Being a fresher and new comer everyone accepted me readily and guided me for
my required responsibility. The working days were full of new experiences and incidents that
taught me how to deal with problems and mitigate them. The primary days were much easier
and comforting as I had no work to do. As days passed by the work pressure got imposed but
at the same time I learned many things like how to scrutinize a problem, how to meet them,
how to communicate, how to install new things. These were highly beneficial for my carrier.
I faced new challenges every day that improved my knowledge. I learned to reflection
observation and my responsibilities were clear to me. The WIL that helped me the most was
problem solving and design. This helped to get a better conception about the ways to reach
the customers issue and meet them accordingly. The most important aspect of my work life is
this, as I felt so. It included following daily routine, understanding the requirement and
solving the incident. The daily routine made me more confident about my work life as days
passed by and I became conscious about my job role and became aware of my work. The
strategies included how to improve the identifying ability, ability to break down the

requirement into small pieces, the ability to look for the effective ways and the ability to
perform concrete steps for executing the action. This helped me to understand and solve the
issues effectively. The concept that has been implemented in me from this study will help to
meet problems in future job life also. These have enlightened my skills and made me
confident enough to meet the regular issues smartly and efficiently. The purpose of this study
has been successful per my idea as I have full confidence in myself about meeting the daily
challenges imposed by the customers in my work life. Earlier I did not have so much
confidence to meet the challenges and was feared that it was never possible for me to do the
work. However now I am confident enough to meet the challenges and I also know what to
do when I am unable to solve them directly.
