1.0 Introduction
The purpose of this report is to point out the achievement I achieved during an internship.
Internship was the matter of gaining further knowledge and experience of what i had learned
theoretically in class. Its changes me a lot, have attained valuable knowledge on the several
issues which will be helpful either in my work life or qualified professional, (Khalil, 2015).
2.0 Experience
Vocational placement is the situation whereby your institution arranged where you will
be attached thought the students is no entitle to any token. At the first day, it was so enjoyable
since the matter of introduction and interacting with new friends at the different department. The
head of the department orient us well with a warm welcome, and congratulate all of us for
attending. According to his speech, he pointed out some of the rules and guideline set by the
company to be followed by the attaché. He also assure us about the privileges and services that
the company are willing provide e.g. accommodation services, foods and transport were
available, (Nunley, Pugh, Romero &Seals, 2016).
The second week, I learned how to plan and organize my research, where and which
group we would gather information together and material, arrange the results of the research in a
well, an understandable and simple way. The progress was so enjoyable and important since I
was getting to know more and more about the research. It’s motivates me on furthering my
studies and get first-hand information.
During that period, all of my colleagues were treating each other with almost respect as
the tradition of that workplace. All researchers were divided into groups sitting at different
rooms purposely to share ideas on what to research on and also after research; they can table
findings for further discussion. According to the Findings, which I collect at the field as I have

gained, it is so helpful for implement projects for society development. I am happy to mention
that my workmate was always nice and supportive and I had my entire research questions
answered, (Auchincloss et al.2014).
4.0 Conclusion
In conclusion, my internship was so grateful. I gained knowledge both academically and
also in professional skills. I had to value the purpose of group. I had a deeper understanding of
my research and was introduced to several of others things which had no idea about, (Rothman,
& Sisman, 2016).
