Reflective Review: Internship, Skills and Development Plan Analysis

Reflective summary:
Reflective writing is the strong tool for the self
assessment and to increase the possibilities of
improvement for own personal and professional
development. This reflection is my experience as
the intern for the one month in the multinational
organization. As the management student I was
required to gain work place training and
experience for one month in my area of
specialization. I was the HR assistant and was
asked to assist senior HR manager and perform
duties related workforce of company. This
reflective framework is cyclic in nature which will
be useful for me in order to have regular and
consistent learning and improvement experience.

Development Plan
To improve my decision making skills Firstly I would focus on
improving my critical thinking and problem solving skills as this will
help to make quick decisions. Also for this I will also learn some
decision making theory and most important sometimes I will believe
and be confident about my own conscious mindset.
In order to improve my technical skills I will join a technical coaching
course either online or offline. Also for this I will watch you tube
videos to learn new technology used in business environment.
To improve my communication skills I will be reading more and more
literature books that have good vocabulary and keywords. Also to
improve my written communication skills I will be writing more and
more essay and articles.

tube videos and tutor.

Conclusion
On the basis of the above considerations of my
personal reflection and suitable actions can be
taken into consideration through my development
plan. From the above analysis it is concluded that
refection writing is the effective tool for me to
analyze my overall experience in working at
MNC. Also the tool guided me better in analyzing
my skill set while approaching towards my
personal and professional goals.
