Pathway Project 1: Self-Reflection on Interpersonal Communication

This report is a reflective analysis of a student's experience with Pathway Project 1, focusing on the development of interpersonal communication skills. REFLECTIVE
Self-reflection is one of most essential practice that allows person to have better
understanding in regard to character and actions. It allows to have better understanding in respect
to diverse skills. As same, the current project has allowed me to have better learning in regard to
interpersonal communication skills. It means I have developed communication skills at great
extent by which I can attain long term opportunities (Aga, Noorderhaven and Vallejo, 20166).
In addition to this, I can state that at the initial level of project I was not aware of
communication skills and its significance. I was not well acknowledged about communication
types and way to have sharing of information using interpersonal skills in appropriate manner.
After participating in the project I have learnt skills regarding use of verbal and written
communication. It has allowed me more to focus on written communication skills. In this, I have
presented number of factors that are related to course work through appropriate use of written
skills. It has been noticed that project has allowed me to have continuous interaction with diverse
members (Certo, 2015). It has helped me to understand the different kinds of communication
skills. Along with this, better development of skills has also helped me to attain effective
communication.
I have gained the information during the participation in project that interpersonal
communication helps in exchange of information among two or more members. It means by
having an effective use of interpersonal skills I can easily communicate information to any
human being. By having an effective consideration of interpersonal communication skills the
person can have development of self-awareness skills. It indicates that developing interpersonal
communication I can easily create awareness of diverse factors related to my personality. I can
also shape my personality in better way using qualities I am aware about.
In addition to this, I can also attain the knowledge that interpersonal communication
helps in effective promotion of self-management and self-confidence. If person is properly
acknowledged about interpersonal communication then he or she will only have activities
according to skills developed (Goetsch and Davis, 2014). By having information about the key
skills I can have better evaluation of strengths and weakness. Interpersonal communication is the
face-to-face exchange of thoughts and feelings between people. It has been identified by me in
the project learning that using communication skills I can easily build strong relationship with

others. It also made me understand in regard to factors which are essential for effective
communication. I have witnessed that interpersonal skills can easily have effective sharing of
ideas so that better opportunities can be attained. Observation also provides a support to
interpersonal communication skills. It means by having an effective development of
interpersonal communication the member can easily communication diverse information and
ensure that standards are well maintained. It also assist in meeting long term development.
Time management is the most important part of the organisation. In order to get the best
output level. Along with that, from the further study I got to learn things which helps me to get
the best things. From the study I got to learn rime management, delegation skills and
interpersonal skills. On the basis of project I got to learn things which help to rake further
approach and helps me to get the best skills and knowledge. It is the great process to start the
learning process. Along with that, pathway is the great process on order to get the best outcomes.
With help of pathway study I got to learn team building. Through which I will get to know that
how work together in a unit (metanova and et.al., 2016). In the whole study work distributed to
each individual person. Team building is the best tool for the best possible task. Moreover, from
the analysing of this project I need to learn analytical skills so that it helps me to enhance
knowledge and my interpersonal skills. Team building is the effective task to carry out the
things. Further apart, I need top learn some more communication skills to present my self better
and presentable. Out of this project I got to learn how to work in team, what is important thing
which need to be consider and how individual contribute their part in which unique ways. With
the help of overall study I get to know my performance level through which I will get to know
my performance scale. I also need to improve my technical skills which assist me to take make
project more reliable and attractive. This is the effective target to adopt external skills or
knowledge. I contribute my knowledge, findings, skills or team building in this project which
helps me for my future projects. On the other hand, I analysed some lacking points during this
project such as lack of proper interaction between team members which reduce the potential and
working level of the people (Aga, Noorderhaven and Vallejo, 2016). This helps to get the best
performance level on the behalf of other team members. My team comprised of 5 members
through which other members to get motivated for better performance. Moreover, all the
members of team is belong from the different country through which work diversity has been
increasing. Work or team diversity is the effective tool to introduce new creativity or

enhancement level. From this project I got to learn how to work with team members. This will
help me for my career plans through I will get to learn more new things. The entire study being
carried out has supported me to acquire new interpersonal skills and delegation power. With the
help of delegation I got to learn managerial skills which helps me to manage work in team
building. Present report based on sustainability and global citizenship. This project describes the
importance of team building this is the overall skills which helps to take furthermore steps in
order to minimize the ineffective learnings. Successful Delegation is the authority and
responsibility given to the person as per the role or designation. With the help of delegation
process I got to learn so many things which helps me for my future task. Delegated work
assigned to the respective person who is more capable and competitive as per the needs and
wants. Along with that, effective. In the entire process time management is plays important task
which is required and effective for the organisation. Time management is the necessary skills in
order to get the best opportunity and approach to get the effective objective. With the health of
togetherness all individual has done correct job. Throughout the project I got to learn that time
management process is the most required skills which helps to complete the task on specific time
period. Through the project I analysed that time skills is required in every approach on every
task. This makes work productive and attractive as well. Before taking this research I was not
having the skills of time management (Smetanova and et.al., 2016). Through this research, I
realized the importance of time and the importance of work efficiency. I also realized one thing
from this whole process that is self motivation and self appraisal which is very necessary to grab
new skills or knowledge. This will help the process and skills which is required for completion
the task. Overall this is the effective process which makes environment more competitive and
strong. This is the another way to improve skills or knowledge. Along with this overall project, I
faced many issues and hurdles such due to lack of searching knowledge and couldn't get the
enough knowledge for this research project. On the other side I realised that I need to learn some
learning and skills to grab new more opportunity and growth which helps me for may future
presentation. For me it was my new learning which helps me to enhance my interpersonal skills,
time management skills and managerial skills. This is the effective process to grab new
opportunity level and growth. I enjoyed this process and new learning, with the helps of this
project, I get new colleagues which is well experienced and knowledgable. This was the great
opportunity and growth for my career plan. On the basis of this I got to learn my self assessment

and my actual performance. This gives me strength and power to doing things in perfect manner.
This is the effective approach to garb new learning and process. I undertook various books and
journals through I was collect data and enhanced my knowledge building skills. That was the
way from which I selected my data for interpretation. This was the good thing to describe itself.
From this project, I enjoyed the work on which project was, working atmosphere, team building,
research tools and techniques etc. that was things I enjoyed. Throughout this process few things
distract me from my project that was some members creating annoying things and not take
project seriously. This was the bad thing in whole project on the other side, some of them are
very dedicated and skill-full through which I learned a lot. For me this was the great opportunity
which helps me for my future career. This project provided me great experienced and
knowledge through I got so many learning outcomes. I worked on so many topics which gives
me new learning, confidence and motivation power. Apart from that, throughout this project it
gives me strength and opportunity to adopt different knowledge and working performance. Apart
from learning skills. I analysed that I faced issues with technical problems in meeting online.
This was the great method but on the other hand it gives lots of technical issues to. Throughout
this project it helps to provide research methodology which is more important for the
organization purpose. Moreover, the main objective of the study is to get best and effective
output. I gained knowledge about research methodology, research design, sampling, data
analysis (Manas, and et.al., 2017). This is the perfect combination of the effective results which
provides compatibility among members. Overall project helps me to enhance my overall skills or
abilities. I worked together with team members in order top get the best possible output which
gives me more strength and power for my next research projects. This research helps me to get
time management skills, interpersonal skills and delegation power. With the helps to worked
with team members, they give me different task in order to increase my interpersonal skills. This
was the great fun or learning for me to grab future opportunities. Technological skills are the
most important skill in order to take the research further. On the behalf of this project or group
take I got to learn team building skills and how to maintain the relationship with others. This is
the whole process of my learning. This will more effective and creative task which worker with
team. I interacted with different kinds of people who has different culture, behaviour and
language. I got to learn different skills from them in order to make my knowledge more
commendable and effective (Goetsch and Davis, 2014). This was the commendable job for me to

take my furthermore skills ahead. On the basis of whole research project. I get to learn my actual
performance on which I need to make development plan in order to reduce my weaknesses and
enhance opportunity strength (Aga, Noorderhaven and Vallejo, 2016. With the help of new
development plan, I will bale to reduce my weaknesses and get adopt effective new learning
process which gives strength and opportunity to adopt new challenges. This is the great
opportunity for me take the best effective process and learning in order to get the best possible
results. Throughout this project I understood the real significance of team building, research data.
Overall, it was my great and wonderful experience with my team members with the help of
support group target has been achieved.
