relationships2. In this paper, the type of feedback we are discussing relates to communication
between individuals or a person and a group in relation to their performance or behavior
displayed in the work place3. In addition, the skill can be used as a tool to request for change of
behavior or guide the target persons in the direction the organization intends to move towards4. It
is believed that the skill is responsible for integrating the objectives of the organization with the
employee’s expected code of conduct5.Being a vital skill of communication, proper response
skills within a company produces numerous benefits for all stakeholders involved. Performance
feedback analysis within an institution is an exercise that should be carried out not only to people
but also the different sectors and the entire organization in order to detect any threats that might
not be obviously identified in the absence of the process6.Additionally, an environment within
which information sharing is allowed among all members plays a vital role in improving their
interpersonal and leadership skills7. Consequently, they get a sense of ownership which is a
credited strategy to motivate employees within a work-place and improve their overall output.
Positive feedback culture within an organization is responsible for the improvement of workers’
skills in the specific context8. Apparently, workers are encouraged to inquire about particular
aspects that they might not be familiar with when the environment for seeking the same is
positive and they are treated with dignity as opposed to when the response is negative or
demeaning.
