Interpersonal communication can be defined as the interaction or the exchange of

interaction that is done face-to-face. The way of conveying a message to the audience by a

skill required in any organization.
Feedback
When people communicate, the listeners respond to the message in accordance with
their hearing, this response generated helps the audience in enabling how the message is
received by them through the sender (DeVito 2019). Feedback generated can either be verbal
or can also be through the non-verbal communication techniques that incudes expressions and
body language.
