verbal communication. Interpersonal communication focus on effective delivery of messages
to the listener, it can use the face-to-face communication, written communication or by facial
expressions (Bresnahan, 2007).

Feedback form the listener plays a very important and significant role to the speaker,
feedback represent how effectively the message is conveyed to the listener. During a
communication listeners respond to the speaker, this response is based on the understanding
of the listener and how he have received the message. It helps speaker to make changes in the
communication if one feels that message was not conveyed effectively to the listener.
Feedback can be given in any form, by facial expression, by speaking, by writing or by their
body language (DeKay, 2012).
If audience is clear about the message and understand what the speaker is saying than their
facial expression or body language presents signs of confidence and beliefs and if audience or
listener is not able to understand the message than their facial expressions point out negative.
