interpersonal communication enables managers to interact with stakeholders like customers.
Interpersonal communication is complicated:
Interpersonal is an extremely complicated process as messages especially in the
professional space are often influenced by hierarchies and perceptions of different people within

in information and communication industry. The second requirement of the job is to implement
customer relationship management program. The ICT manager needs to be ethical while

these client companies to manage their data bases and perform a variety of other functions. This
necessitates the ICT companies to act in ethical and legal manner. Similarly, cooperation and
