for interprofessional collaboration” it is because it support in

CONCLUSION
From the above, it is concluded that
interprofessional collaboration leads in increasing
teamwork and involvement of various professional in
particular role. In performing MNE development role
I can use different skills which includes “Basic roles
and responsibilities competency” , “Interprofessional
communication competency” to provide efficient
treatments and to maintain efficiency in the
operations. Therefore, through this nursing practice
role is performed effectively by including all the
members. Further, I can also adopt “Evidence-based
