Inter-professional practice and relationships between professions have become one of the
major aspects in the modern day scenario. I have chosen the healthcare systems so that I am able
to provide the proper care and assistance to the patients. As per my perception all the doctors
including the profession of an Acupuncturist are affected by the Global and socio political
practice. Inter-professional practice is needed so that the payments can get an all around care and
affection from different doctors from different departments. For an instance the doctors or
professionals working in different departments’ must be consulted in order to give the right
assistance to all the patients (Arnold & Boggs, 2019). Therefore the inter-professional influence
is needed in order to make sure that the different professions (Karam et al., 2018).
It must be noted in this context that the global and the socio political influences are also
needed for the purpose of making sure that patients are getting the right kind of medical
assistance in order to provide equal opportunities to all the patients. This is because there are
several differentiations made among the patients based on their social political and the religious
background. As a result of these differences, earlier the employees and the customers were not
given the right kind of health and medical opportunities.
As far as my understanding is concerned the political aspects have created a major
influence on the kinds of health and medical facilities (Foronda, MacWilliams & McArthur,
2016). I have also noticed that there are many changes and many kinds of transitions that have
taken place in the field of medical facilities. One of the notable grounds is the fees or the salary

that is given to medical professionals. It has been seen that the representatives of the medical
fields like pharmacy or the professional of the maternity care are bow given a certain respectable
amount of money as their salaries irrespective of the kinds of intervention that are being
delivered to the patients.
FFS or the free for services payment system is one of the transparent payment mechanism
systems that must be developed so that there are no confusions in the field of the medical and
health care facilities (Foronda, MacWilliams & McArthur, 2016). This system has been able to
bring about some positive changes as all the stakeholders are now of the opinion that they will
not be cheated in any way regarding monetary transactions. Funding is also one of the most
effective and the transparent payment mechanism system that has been developed which helps in
making the amount of risks much lesser. As a result of this the different hospitals and the health
care sectors are trying their level best to use this payment mechanism so that all the different
stakeholders are assured about the same. 2001 Public Health Care (PHC) Goals have also been
introduced in many of the sectors of health and medical facilities which talks about the local
communities (Scotten et al., 2015). This will initiate a culture of inclusion and also diversity. It
will help in removing all the different barriers that are arising in the field of providing the proper
health and medical facilities to patients coming from different cultural and social backgrounds.
This is one of the useful tools of removing the gender specific inequalities and in equal
availability of health care facilities (Chu et al., 2018).
Inter-professional communication is also one of the most useful aspects that are being
initiated in the teaching and the coaching centers (Tang et al., 2019). It must be made sure that
the all the patients are being made to seat side by side and exchange the ideas with one another
so that they do not develop any factors of disobedience or quarrels among one another. This in

turn will be helping them in future in order to provide the similar kind of assistance to all their
patients irrespective of the social or the political backgrounds of the patients.
It must be noted in this context that the models of health care systems is an ever changing
area and the different stakeholders will have to undergo all these changes and also abide by the
same (Chu et al., 2018). As there are many different innovations and transitions that are taking
place on the same However this is the responsibility of the management to make sure that they
are being able to channelize the different rules and the regulations in such a way that all the
patients are being able to interact with one another without any ill feelings. As long as the health
and medical facilities are delivered in a proper ay the stakeholders will be able to carry on with
their duties properly and also make sure that the changes are being led in the right way.
