There are major ethnic minorities who are sufferer from the poverty because they are not much
educated. In the education discrimination was done on the basis of culture, race and gender. Further it
belong to marginalised groups have higher tendency of getting oppressed by other gender as compared
to the individuals from same gender.
Women and marginalized genders which are under represented and not treated as human
being. This system is impacted because it chooses the way of living and generates sexism in society. But
the experience of women is not a homogeneous (Celis, Childs and Kantola, 2016). As the
intersectionality can be used as the challenges and the opinion which was experienced by women. If
there is single issues then it oppression by peeling light on other oppressive structures. As it can be
consider in UK that there is gender pay gap which is not reaches up to 20% . it is so because type of
employment that women can easily access is more different as it compared to men. There in United
Kingdom, women are more educated as compare to women. On the other side there are black and
while inequalities in the labor market (Gross, Gottburgsen and Phoenix, 2016). Black people leave
university as the are unemployed as compared to white leavers. The ethnic minorities is facing one of
the immense challenges and difficulties in order to get proper education.
This campaign is very effective in respect to make create awareness among people that
discrimination is completely wrong and it should be avoided.
The existence of patriarchal society has been prevalent since a very long time. But with emergence of
globalisation and increasing awareness of individuals, there has been growth in the activities which uplift
women from marginalised groups. This upliftment is focused on eradicating or limiting the powers which
are given to men as a more powerful gender. Furthermore, every area of development like business,
politics or even in-house maintenance works, women are promoted to acquire equal opportunities and
chances of development. The charity campaign undertaken for this purpose can said to be successful
only when there are practical changes experienced by these group of women. It is analysed that there

done by people in different field such as education, politics etc. for instance campaign help in making
aware that in education both girls and boys should be treated equally without any discrimination
