Q7. Presenting the approaches and intervention available to support
individual needs (P3.1)
• In order to support the old age group people, there are various
approaches available for Mr. Graves such that:
• through proper communication, the problem of Mr. Graves of cognitive
problem can be resolves such that through proper communication and
engage him in some other work will be helpful for them to solve his own
problem.
• Another intervention is advocacy which is also helpful to change the
attitude of a person and the society should also not discriminate them
against the ill because as the y discriminate the people who is suffering
from any problem then it creates problem among them and in the same
case, Mr. Grave is also faces problem regard this.

Q8. Evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies (P3.2)
• These intervention strategy are helpful for Mr. Graves because this gives
a positive way to him and encourage him to live life more happily as
compared to others.
• The best intervention suited for Mr. Graves is counselling and therapy
which should be provided to him in order to recover as early as possible.
• In addition to this, the counselling session can be provided in social and
health care home in such a way that it will be helpful for him to reduce
the anxiety level and also treat some cognitive problem in well manners.

• Using such intervention into the working area will be helpful for the
people because it will help Mr. Graves to handle their situation in their
own way
• further, in timely basis, the evaluation, testing and auditing of the machines
should be done so that it will be further helpful for the people who is
suffering from the problem and can do their work by their own.
• Moreover, as the development which are also affected because of the
legislation, local and regional changes in their laws etc. therefore, this also
creates direct impact upon the society.
