INTRODUCTION
Interview is the essential structured conversation at where one entity asks question while
other will give the answers (Jefkins, 2018). It is basically done while making the recruitment and
selection and from that the most suitable candidate will get selected.

Job interview is the process that is performed by the TUI to get select the most appropriate
candidate for the hotel and with the help of interview the ability and skills will get judged and the
a brief analysis has been done that the particular candidate is suitable for the company or not.
(Janakiraman, 2018). These are some of the stage that get conducted by the TUI and that is to get
select the right candidate and right time for right place by which the performance and
productivity of the business will get developed.

any trouble finding us?
Answer: No, I get the instruction that made me easy to come.
Question: How would you describe your leadership style?
Answer: Leadership style is the through which the positive influence will get develop that
make the suitable and favourable changes in the business.
Question: How would you tell a colleague that they are underperforming?
Answer: By providing the feedback as per the suitability of time.
Question: Why are you concerned in our company? What is the connection in between
your career goals and this job?
Answer: TUI is the largest travel and tourism company and it is a dream to get associated
with such a strong company. I have always looking forward at where I would use all my skills
and abilities and this is the best place over which I could get the better height in my career as
well.

Strengths of Job interview process
The job interview is the process that is less time consuming and more appropriate to
recognise the ability and skills of the candidate and that is more useful for the TUI and they get
set the criteria for all the vacant position of the business. In this the higher authority and manager
will take that interviews and prepared the questions by which the strength and weakness of
employee will get deployed (Patterson, 2018). In this TUI select the most skilled employee as
per their suitability for their business.
Weaknesses of job interview
There are some weaknesses as well of the job interview as sometime it is not obvious to
measure the strength of the candidate in first meeting as some people has more skills but due to
their shy behaviour didn’t present themselves in better way thus it might that TUI will lose the
better candidate.
Evaluate a job interview process, and the obstacles and challenges to overcome
While applying in TUI as the general manager I have acknowledged by my skills, ability
and competencies that defines that I am much able to manage and control the roles and
responsibility which is more required while working as a General Manager. The human
resources manager asked several question which is more related to the professional experience of
mine and with this how could manage the job role (Weber, 2018). They get impressed by my
skills and get appreciated the hard work and the position that I have achieved by making the
continuous efforts. As per the duration of the job interview I have analysed that there are some of
the different opportunity that I garb as from my past experiences and including the seminar
knowledge, internship skills but there are some obstacle as well as I have less ability in problem
solving by which it is hard for me to take right decision at right time. Thus I have to work on it
by taking responsibility and collecting feedback as well that helps to use the better approach and
increases the effectiveness of the processing.

The job interview is being a good process and I have learnt more calmness and
composure that helps to make the decision with more appropriately. I have an experience as well

while working as a manager and with that my academic knowledge is more stronger that
differentiate my working ability as compared to the other and this will get attract the interviewer.
I have answered all the questions with more suitability by which the better interaction will get
developed in between me and the interviewer and thus it is easy for them to analyse the skills of
mine and they get happier as well by my performance during the job interview (Hill, 2019)
CONCLUSION
It has been concluded that interview is the basic process that get performed by the
company in order to select the validate candidates by which the profitability of business will get
developed.
