that help to explore the business activities globally. Proper planning and leadership play a great
role to operate the activities. Proper planning helps to maintain sustainability so that the
organization image can be enhanced in the market. Sustainability is related to styles of leadership
and value chain of the company. It is recommended that the organization should give emphasis
on the strategies of marketing so that the growth can be achieved. It also helps to compete
effectively in the competitive environment.
