based Tesco plc which is an groceries and general merchandise retailer and its headquarter is

of individual and professional. Along with this, gap analysis has been done to figure pros and
cons and improve to perform better in the organisation.

of the employees It involves systematic procedures for transferring technical and management
skills to the employees. And development come from the training which help in increasing more
and more performance in future.

It means high performance workers in the organisation who work effectively in the
organisation without wasting the resources. This is beneficial for the employers as well as for
employees as it provide appraisal and bonuses to the employees and it help employer to bring out
effective output for the company.

There are different approaches of HPW which include extensive training, recruitment and
high pay with the incentives. This will help organisation to produce more and more high
performance workers in the organisation. Individual performance-related pay involves linking
