Introduction
The proposal will discuss the learning philosophy, intent and key points of the investigation that
are useful for conducting the study successfully. In addition, it also demonstrates the capabilities
that are developed from this course and the inquiry process that is used for collecting the
information. Moreover, the proposal will discuss the process of making a positive collaborative
team with efficient people.
Personal learning philosophy
The personal learning philosophy that I have gained from this course is that I came to know the
procedure which is used for spare parts inventory as well as for the supply chain procedure. I
have also understood the concept of vehicle spare parts and also inventory system procedure. By
analyzing both these concepts, the fleet companies have reduced their maintaining cost and
improved their operational reliability, safety and efficiency of the business procedure
(Spiliotopoulou, Donohue, Gürbüz & Heese, 2018). Hence, it is clear that from this course, I
have gained immense knowledge regarding the role of the inventory system and the
responsibility of management over a fleet organization.
The intent of the study
The study will intent the contribution of the inventory system as well as the vehicle’s spare parts
for developing the economic demands of the core business operation, especially for the fleet
industry. In addition, the study also determined the role of supplier inventory management in
enhancing consumer numbers in terms of supply on demand (Naliaka & Namusonge, 2015). The
study has also helped in understanding the responsibility of total quality management in
developing the sustainability of the company by improving their quality standards, track
reliability, optimization and opportunities of spare parts inventory. Another intent of the study is
to provide practical knowledge regarding the principle of consumer service care that is important
for attracting people from diverse culture of New Zealand.

Process of making a positive collaborative team
The process that I should develop for making a positive collaborative team is to provide
leadership support to the team members. By creating supporting relationships with the team
members, a collaborative aspect must be produced with these members (Choi, Kim & Kang,
2017). Thus for making a positive collaborative team, I will regularly interact with my team
members and will provide them with proper support so that they can complete the task as per the
mentioned time frame. According to my view, effective team collaboration is important because
it helps the team to complete the work fruitfully and thus I have chosen this process so that all
team members including me can give full efforts in completing the project.
The inquiry process used for obtaining information
For obtaining information regarding the vehicle spare parts and the inventory system, I have read
several articles related to the topic, including journals and news articles and also learned many
things from the lecture notes properly. With the help of this secondary research process,
appropriate information has been obtained regarding this subject (Walker, Davis & Stevenson,
2017).
