Advanced Projects: Investigating Supply Chain Vulnerabilities

This presentation investigates vulnerabilities within international supply chain networks, highlighting issues such as demand forecasting, labor shortages, technological advancements, and supply blockages, exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic. It explores the Knowledge Based View (KBV) theory to understand learning from information and examines approaches to improve Supply Chain Management (SCM). The presentation identifies risks associated with scheduling and preparing organizations to develop effective and adaptive supply chains, ultimately concluding with recommendations for organizations to overcome these challenges and build more resilient global supply chains.
