INTRODUCTION
In this contemporary market, it is crucial to focus on attitude, beliefs and understand the
differences so that mind set of every individual is clear. It is critically important to focus on
changing behaviour of individual so that it is easy to achieve better benefits. In article,, topic,
different types of approaches as well as techniques are used (Bargh, 2018). Each and every author is
of different mind set, so it is necessary to examine those methods. Main aim of this essay is to
outline and examine the similarities as well as differences between approaches used by Kumar and
Adamo. This essay focuses on main and key points and considerations of the importance factors.
MAIN BODY
Outline the main points of similarity and difference between the approaches
used by Adorno et al. (1950) and Kumar et al. (2011)
Attitude, belief of people are different from other and on the basis of which they behave
with others. Also, belief as well as attitude is relying on psychology of an individual and their mind
set. This is crucial to examine and analyse how behaviour is triggered by external situations so that
it is easy to make decisions in correct way (Eisentraut, 2019).
Similarity:
According to Adorno, 1950, the child behaviour is affected by principles and guidances
given by their parents. Also, it states about the authoritarian personality which were laid in
childhood as a conclusion of strict parenting which shows that to loving of parents was conditional
and dependent on how they behave or not. Moreover, it was stated that Adorno etal.(1950), further
presented a new study using of over 200 middle class, Caucasian Americans using verities of
questionnaires and also using F-scale (Felix, 2018).
According to Kumar, 2011, approach used by him was that happiness, creativity and
illusions depends on different behavioural approach. As Ardorno uses F-scale method for gaining
information, Kumar uses different kinds of sources such as secondary sources in order to collect
information and data for a research topic in proper manner. Kumar focuses more on techniques that

can be used to monitor belief and attitude of people. Also, main similarity between both the author
is that they consider and focus on behaviour of a individual (Lyle, 2020).
Differences
In viewpoint of Adorno et al. (1950), he targets a specific line of childhood which is
childhood whereas Kumar et al. (2011) focuses on studying individual behaviour on their belief as
well as attitude. This is crucial to be well aware about these both authors point of view so that it is
easy to analyse about the concept of psychology, attitude, beliefs and behaviour of people
(Tartaglia, 2020). approach of these writers was that Adorno focuses on analysing the problem of
changed behaviour and also to access to the goal of research. Whereas Kumar focuses on gaining
more relevant information about the concept of psychology as well as belief of people at wider
scale so that more new research topics could be collected.
