1- Study that has been conducted by Gerontoukou, E.I. and et.al., (2015) investigation of
anxiety and depression in patients with chronic diseases. Outcomes that have been reveled from
the study will support for developing and making supportive strategies for patients. According to
the results of the study it has been observed that there is direct relationship between Chronic
disease and emergence of depression. This results can be used for rendering better and effective
medical services to the patients that are suffering from this diseases. Nurses can develop and
design better practices and care facilities with objective to provide better medical care to
individuals that are suffering from anxiety and chronic diseases. Along with this care service
providers can also take initiatives for providing better services to patients. This study has
supported for identifying various factors that lead towards creating anxiety in patients and on the
basis of that better medical services can be given to them. Improved level of health care can be
provided to patients by the Nurses and other care providers.
2 – Results that have been gained from this study reflects that their exist direct relationship
between the Chronic diseases and emergence of depression. Outcomes defines about various
measures that can be taken for providing medical services to the individuals. Conductive and
working environment of the care organization. Country's health system. NGO and other
institutions that are working in the nation can be made more efficient and it will support for
providing relief to the patients that are suffering from anxiety and depression. Along with this
better action plans and strategies can also be formed so that risk associated with chronic diseases
can be reduced. Supportive strategies can be made for the patients and it will aid for reducing
their illness for chronic diseases and making providing them safe and conducting working
environment.

1- Effective care partnership will help for providing better and conductive environment to the
patients and they will find it easier for coping out with the situations of anxiety and chronic
diseases. Family and friends can create a better and safe environment so that individuals can find
it easier for reducing the risk of anxiety and chronic diseases.
2 - Study has supported for identifying factors that could lead towards creating anxiety and
depression in an individual. Better and effective care partnership will help for providing safe and

chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Outcomes of the study has supported for increasing the awareness
of nurses of the importance of integrating psychological symptom assessment into nursing
assessment procedures. It enhances clinical sensitivity of nurses for identifying high risk group
of patients that are undergoing specific cancer treatments. It will help nurses to develop better
medical practices and on the basis of that better medical care can be provided to patients.
2- Nurses and other care providers will become capable to evaluate different factors that creates
problems of anxiety and depression and due to that it will become possible for them to render

four different types of diabetes patients and understanding of this fact will support for providing
better services to patients. Outcomes of the study will help for improving the understanding of
Nurses about courses of depression and it will also provide a basis of classification for
intervention. According to the outcomes of the study it has been identified that poorer control
over eating habits and inactivity along with greater disability present treatment challenges due to
these multiple lifestyle related problems.
