in improving scholars experience of learning in Uber. It is very important to have the online

after COVID. Organisation emphasizes on building their own software which helps HRM to
deliver various types of programs to scholars. It decreases time and helps interns on anytime
taking classes for example: if a person fails to take training and development programs of
Human resource management time because of light shortage, net problems etc. then can take
help of recorded lectures. Corona virus has infected and targeted large population of world and it
becomes important that situation has to be tackling in effective way by government. Allowing

learning and I realize that it also helped me in understanding the process and make me learn

for my sports class another sessions which I used to take in may day which was affecting my
