Report is based on the investment option of plot 3 ( Country Manor). It is a hotel
covering of 200 acres of land with construction over 85 acres near London. Hotel will be
modified by Bronze Swords giving it heritage theme with around 200 rooms. Bronze Swords
operates a chain of hotels located at exclusive locations of the countryside.
Plot 3 – Country Manor
Country Manor was a hotel which has been shut due to bankruptcy. It was due to high
debts and liquidation issues. Location of the hotel is near the airport which will attract the local
as well as foreign visitors. This will increase the brand recognition overseas. It will save
considerable cost of Bronze Sword that would be invested in construction of the new building. IT
is already an established that could be modified as per the requirements and new design for
giving it new look. The hotel will attract new customers as there are not existing hotels in area
which could be beneficial for company. It will be providing the people with new experience of
the nature with their recognised hotel brand. The location is having the rich view of nature on the
outskirts of town near the airport. This will be bringing benefits for the Bronze Sword as the
hotel will receive the customer base of Country Manor and of Bronze Swords. People would not
face trouble finding the location of the hotel as people are aware of the location. This would be
the most beneficial for Bronze Swords as compared with other options.
