and essential services required by the customers along with generating profit. IOM electronic
Ltd. is a manufacturing company deals with the production of the goods and providing essential
services to the end users. This business is engaged in the activity of selling goods and services of
the electronic merchandise in Manchester and Liverpool. This company is the leading
establishment with 200 workers working in the Liverpool and Manchester. This report will
explain about the functional areas and the necessary skills needed by the employees in an
organization for successfully grow.

Functional areas refers to the team of the workers with having same specialization and
skills. Functional area plays an vital role for establishment of any business .every planners of the
business should focus on better understanding and research of all those functional areas. The
structural area of any organization involves finance,promotions and advertisement,strategy
formulations, human resource, upgraded technologies,production and operations. Before starting
of any business there should be an specific plans and procedures to be follow. It's also helpful in
directing how the organisation will be managed. proper planning is very useful in the
examination and understanding of all the features of the business, so it is very crucial tool. IOM
electronic is the firm which supply the necessary electronic items in Manchester and Liverpool.

engaged in the activity of producing invoice,and proper checking that the due payments are
received on time to time or not. It is the duty of the workers who involved in the department of
finance to check out the payment regarding to the bill is received or not.
Marketing:All the functional area of the organisation are depends on each other. Marketing
includes the activities of buying and selling of products and services along with creating profit.
the main aim of marketing is to identify and satisfying the desire of consumers by conducting
audience analysis. Better customer relationship management is maintain by taking proper
feedback from customers. The employees engaging in the field of promoting and advertising
must be fully trained for focus more on the customers and give them better quality of services. In
IOM Electronics Ltd. ,Marketing managers concentrate to update,design, and boost the websites.
they do better analysis of research and also have focus on effects and results. IOM's workers
concentrates more on what their customers actually requires.
