Business is a set of activities which is used by organizations to run their operational and
departmental functions smoothly. The main motive of business is to increase organizational
growth and facilitate best quality products to customers. Activities of business also helped to
maintain good communication with stakeholders for a long time. Stakeholders includes
customers, suppliers, CEOs and employees. The company which is chosen for organizing
business are IOM electronics LTD. In stakeholders suppliers played the major role to run the
operational activities smoothly. Because in operational activities like raw materials are used by
the organization for preparing the high quality product and these raw materials are supplied by
suppliers. This report is prepared on the basis of secondary data which includes newspapers,
journals and magazines. This report is also prepared on the basis of various functional areas of
the organization. These functional areas are very essential to run the organization systematically.
