Introduction
Human resource management is a planned loom which could be helpful for an
organization or association to manage the workforce. The competitive advantage could
be increased by human resource strategies. The basic target of the human resource
department is to include the maximum workforce in their organization.
As per the scenario the organization “Chocolate Presence” is a rapidly growing
organization which is based in North Yorkshire and they create a chocolate based
greeting card. The organization is having different departments for running their various
operations perfectly. Recently, the organization received some negative reviews from its
consumers regarding the worst customer services.
The management of the respective organization now planned for hiring new employees
for their different departments. The employment process of chocolate Presence could
be understood by the below assignment. It could become helpful to know about the
different functions and strategies of the human resource department.

proper strategy for staffing new candidates. The involvement of new employees could
be depending upon the financial budget of an organization and the short term and long
term targets of an association. It is the essential process of an organization because it
decreases the number of errors like attractive useless, unenthusiastic and under
competent employees. In this process, the management could fire the unqualified
people and hire suitable employees.
Orientation: The employee orientation programs explain the goals and long term
targets of an organization. It helps the employees to know about their duties and
responsibilities. The description of the job, the role of job and the connection of one
