INTRODUCTION
Every organization establish themselves in order to gain maximum benefits therefore,
business whether small, medium or large requires a proper management system. Internet of
things is a wider concept and it states that every object which are connected with internet comes
under Internet of Things. Therefore, IoT is a network of physical devices that increase the
efficiency and minimizes human efforts. Internet of Things enables company in using new
technologies for networking even in limited cost (Scarborough, 2016). Brainlabs is a PPC agency
which manages online advertising campaigns and for them IoT will be an effective tool to
implement in their business operations. Present report will include aims, objectives and based on
this a mini research will be conducted. Lastly, recommendations will be provided based on
conclusion is mentioned in this report.

Aims and Objectives
Internet of Things, is a modern technique that provides connectivity beyond traditional
devices. According to a survey there are more than 12 billion devices which are connected
through internet and by 2020 it will have increased by 26 times more. Internet of Things refers to
a growing network of physical objects that includes IP address which require connectivity. IoT is
basically used by companies in order to connect and share information within the organization so
that activities can be performed in a better manner. Internet of Things fully works on sensors
that are further transferred through passive networks (Crane and Matten, 2016). According to
current scenario, as most of the companies are using new and latest technologies and for Internet
of Things are assisting them in connecting with all this device in a proper manner. Therefore, in
relation with Brainlabs implementation of Internet of Things will assist company in providing
better customer experience as IoT unlocks a world of critical functioning.

Background of the project:
With the change in course of time, technologies have also enhanced and there are
different latest tools which company can implement for improving its business operations.
Internet of Things is one of them, it is assisting company in connecting with various networks

and system in quick time. Therefore, a person can operate systems which are connected with
internet just sitting anywhere around the globe. Brainlabs as it is an online advertising company,
thus, IoT can assist company in sharing information and connecting with other devices within the
company. Henceforth, employees can access the information very easily whatever the system is.
As a result, performing activities will be easier as compared to traditional form of operating
business (Trevino and Nelson, 2016).

Project Management Plan
Project management plan is a kind of formal approved plan which is further used in order
to manage project execution. Therefore, it includes necessary actions, preparation of different
plans for activities etc., Thus, a project plan includes five components i.e. initiation, planning,
execution, monitoring the performance and closure of project. Other than this, it includes certain
factors as well which are explained below:
Cost: In order to execute the plan effectively it is crucial that company have adequate
amount of money as it will assist firm in performing the task properly. This mainly includes cost
that will be required while implementing Internet of Things (Storey, Basterretxea and Salaman,
2014). For example: software which is used, how many software developers were included in
this etc., therefore, total cost which will be required for £15k and it be based on cost for software
development, technicians etc.,
Scope: Recently, Brainlabs is working with the purpose of changing the future of digital
advertisement and for this organisation is implementing Internet of Things in their business
structure. Therefore, by incorporating IoT they have broadened the scope as now company can
connect with different operating system within the company so as to share information.

Quality: Brainlabs, for implementing Internet of Things will use software that are of best
quality as a result it will improve the efficiency of the company and further assist them in
connecting with different servers in an effective manner.
Time: Implementing new things in an organisation is not an easy task as it required skills
employees and time as well (Pekuri and et. al., 2014). Therefore, Brainlabs for incorporating
Internet of Things will take around six months.
Risk: While implementing new things in an organisation they can face many issues and
problems for example: inappropriate funds, skilled workers etc., or employees during their initial
years can find it difficult in understanding the concept of Internet of Things in a better manner.
Gantt chart
Gantt chart is horizontal bar chart that gives graphical illustration so schedule and it helps
to plan, track and coordinate particular task in project. It is one of the most popular way to
showing different activities. Every activity are represented through bar that consist start date,
time duration and end date of every activity.

Research methodologies is considered as a specific procedure which is used for analysing
the information which is related to the topic (Hillson, 2017). Therefore, research methodologies
are determine as a systematic plan in order to conduct the research. Moreover, it is classified into
categories that are explained below:
Qualitative Methods: It is a scientific method of observation that is used for collecting
data which are non-numerical. Therefore, qualitative methods focus on gathering definitions,
symbols, metaphors, hence, it can be said that this method of approach is basically related to
academic field and it is best for making decisions.
Quantitative Methods: It is determine as a systematic empirical investigation which are
totally based on statistical and mathematical approach. Therefore, quantitative method is used for
having deep knowledge for a related topic.
Primary Method: With the help of this method data which are collected are for the first
time. Thus, these are obtained through various means like surveys, observation, experimental
etc., Most of the researcher use this method so that subjective bias can be eliminated as a result it
will help them in evaluating a valid conclusion.

Secondary Method: These are published information which are basically gathered from
different sources. Secondary method is majorly used as it provides higher-quality database
