The goals of the ‘Formation of IOT based Healthcare Mobile Application’ project are,
Formation of Mobile Application: The mobile application was developed for easing the
functions of the organization. The ‘Formation of IOT based Healthcare Mobile Application’
project would result in forming the mobile application supporting the healthcare facilities to the
patients and doctors.
Support for Improvement of the functions: The existing functions was improved using
the technology innovation and faster delivery of the services. The improvement of the
technology for easing the supportive functions was a major benefit from the organization.
Completion of the project: The successful completion of the project was based on the
support and formation implying the IT formation functions. The improvement of the project was
based on the simplification of the functions so that the mobile application was developed in the

aligning the simplification of the functions. The project was based on the use of the IT project
formation. The IT project management principles were executed for forming the mobile
application. The mobile application was developed for easing the functions of the organization.
The improvement of the technology for easing the supportive functions was a major benefit from
the organization.
Project Functions
The project of ‘Formation of IOT based Healthcare Mobile Application’ is developed for

of the healthcare application was helpful for easing the simplification of the factors defining the

The project functions was divided into the five phases of initial phase, planning phase,
design phase, execution phase, and closure phase. These phases was completed successfully for
developing the final project execution. The explanation of the phases is shown below,
Initial Phase: The initial phase of the project was based on the initialization of the
project functions and defining of the successful formation. The initial phase would comprise of
identification of requirements, making list of resources required, accumulation of resources,
charter documentation, and kick off. In this phase the functions of the project was initiated by the
use of the resource identification and the formation of the initiation documents.
Plan Formation Phase: The planning phase would comprise of developing the
successful activity scheduling and forming the simplification of the project functions. The plan
formation was implied for easing the utilization of the formation process. It would include
outline of the plan, review of plan, complete plan formation, and plan approval. The plan

formation phase was formed for easing the simplification of the functions defining the support
and formation management.
Design Phase: The design phase would involve the formation of the effective design and
formation of the successful utilization process. The design of the application was designed in this
phase making is suitable to develop the IOT based healthcare mobile application as the final
deliverable. The design phase would include the following functions interface design is
developed, complete design is formed, design simulation, and design approved.
Execution: The execution phase is developed forming the improvement of the improved
operation formation for ensuring that the project would result in forming the completion of the
