also be referred as the inter-networking of the physical devices, which is used to connect people,
data, things and processes to transform the life of an individual. This assignment contains the
literature review on the understanding of internet of things in the industrial sector. The reflection
is also done for knowing the learning and practices which are used in completing this module.

3. REFLECTION
The reflection has been written on the basis of Gibbs reflective cycle.
Description: The first things done in this study by me was to understand the information
management system. I had stated this by learning the internet of things and the elements which
can be used and how this can improve the industrial sector.
Feelings: At the time of learning, I was only thinking about the benefits it can create in
the business. I was feeling very positive while doing this study because it helps me in
understanding the benefits of internet and its impact on improving the performance of the
organization.
Evaluation: The good thing about this learning experience was to know the necessity of
internet in today's world, but the bad thing was the negative impact it can create on the image of
the company or as an individual as well.
Analysis: The main sense I can make out of all this study is that internet of things is
helping the company to improve the quality of the products. The industrial sector is able to fulfil
the consumer's requirement in very short time.
Conclusion: I could have used some models like SWOT analysis to know the strengths
and weakness of internet of things. Even though, it is expanding day by day, but the organization

management system. I had stated this by learning the internet of things and the elements which
can be used and how this can improve the industrial sector.
Feelings: At the time of learning, I was only thinking about the benefits it can create in
the business. I was feeling very positive while doing this study because it helps me in
understanding the benefits of internet and its impact on improving the performance of the
organization.
Evaluation: The good thing about this learning experience was to know the necessity of
internet in today's world, but the bad thing was the negative impact it can create on the image of
the company or as an individual as well.
Analysis: The main sense I can make out of all this study is that internet of things is
helping the company to improve the quality of the products. The industrial sector is able to fulfil
the consumer's requirement in very short time.
Conclusion: I could have used some models like SWOT analysis to know the strengths
and weakness of internet of things. Even though, it is expanding day by day, but the organization
have to improve their safety precautions to avoid any damage to their reputation.
Action plan: Internet of things will keep on improving and keep on providing the support
so that the industrial sector can perform better. I will advise the organization to apply internet
safety first, so that there will not be any chance of the leakage of the confidential information and
no hacker will be able to hack the system of the company. This will keep their information safe.
