1. Introduction
The small nesting population of laughing Owl in conservation department is to implement
the organization management that provides the ability to stream video and audio from the each
nested sites. The Big Cape Island is recently visited by the company that needs to implement the
ongoing management that is requested to provide the video and audio streaming. Generally, the
video needs to be streamed live back to the Invercargill office that provides the site security. The
company has three problems that are needed to resolve. Here the research is how to implement
the IP communication infrastructure that allows the users to stream all live video content. Also,
ensures the wireless infrastructure and specification of any communications media
recommendations. Finally, analyzing the efficient and effective communication for the
Invercargill offices by using the unlimited Vodafone fiber Internet connection
