According to Dissanayake and Amarasuriya (2015), iPhone is suitable for high-end customer
profiles and enables Apple to earn superlative profits, whereas Galaxy acts as the revenue driver
for Samsung. iPhone has succeeded in building brand image and identity by embedding
outstanding functions. Galaxy has provided customers with functions with core values at a lower
cost than that of the iPhone.
Hypothesis
I observed that Smartphones could be addictive that individuals are spending much time on it.
These phones are enabling them to stay isolated from the real world, which leads to depression
and anxieties. The level of security risk can be more in Smartphones if people will not set a
strong password.
