contact centres, telephony platforms. In this company, total number of employees are 50 who are
providing services to customers in call handling solution, call centre services and many more
(IPPLUS (UK) LIMITED, 2017). Apart from this, brief discussion about company’s profile has
been done in this report with their strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, many recommendations
