I am here today to discuss about the information system and business strategy
alignment. The PowerPoint presentation has been created for providing the visual and concise
description of the assignment. In the 3rd slide, the evaluation of the business strategy to the
degree of business transformation has been discussed clearly. The main intention of
developing any business strategy is to allow the business to gain proper understanding and
knowledge regarding the future goals of any company. This topic has been discussed with
visual representation about business transformation to provide the viewers with illustrations.
In the 4th slide, the evaluation has been continued and it has been discovered that, as the
business is focussed on the user centric strategy, the efforts and resources are significantly
concentrated within the single cohesive. In the 5th slide, this topic has been concluded with
the consideration that the business transformation is achieved when the innovation culture
within the organisation is completely implemented.
The 6th slide discusses the long term strategic needs of the business where information
system is supposed to be implemented. It is considered the main long term strategic needs of
the business are effective prediction of the requirements of customers in the long run, major
emphasis on the efficiency, acquire the major competitors that would eliminate the
competition within the markets. These particular long terms needs of the business helps in
providing the required direction to the business. In the 7th slide, a brief discussion of the long
term needs of the business has been discussed. It has been discovered that the companies who
are extensively successful over long term are the forward looking enterprises where the
business owner is attempting to discover the changes in the customer requirements or desires.

external variables like the level of education of the users, the organisational and the gender
features like the job training might also impact significantly on the perceived usefulness as
