The following is considered as project management for Implementation of Highland
Explore Tour.
Project description: The project has been developed in order to develop strategies to
support the process of implementing the activities that can align the information of the factors to
support the process of designing the simplification of the activities. In addition, implementing
project management plan would be established successfully to ease the flow of information. The
project objectives can be described as followed. The subsystem of the Information System (IS)
that has been designed specifically for the Highland Explore Tours are a website and a Mobile
App. Both of these subsystems are expected to be completed by the system designers within
estimated time a budget. The objectives for the development of the Information System in terms
of the website and the Mobile App are developed in this assignment.
 To develop new strategies supporting the process of implementing highland

The above mentioned two tables clearly depict the stakeholder register to implement of
highland explore. In the first table, 6 persons are involved in the project. All of them are of
internal type. Only John Smith has a high power and the rest all have low power. The influences
of these people are however different. Only Roy Manson has a low influence and all rest of the
people have higher influences. This demonstrates that Roy Manson has a lesser impact on this
particular project.
The second table depicts that 5 persons are involved in this particular project. In this
table, Roy Manson has a higher impact on the project with high power and high influence. Only
Smith Prone, the Chief Financial Officer, has a lower impact on the project with low power and
lower influence. Jack Susan, who is the Chief Information Officer in this project, has similar
influence like Ray Manson with higher power and higher influence. He is responsible for
managing the several activities for aligning the process of implication of the resources to
establish the effective integration of the factors. The project manager of the project has low
power and high influence in this project. He is in charge of the activity management.

Part 4: Controlling
The project has activities that need controlling and monitoring in order to develop the
ease of implication for the factors helpful in providing the definition of formation of successful
activities of implementation of Information System (IS). The project controlling is dependent
mostly on the factors that are specific for the successful implications were the activities have
eased the implication process. The factors that have successful alignment would control the
project and achieve success in the implication of defining the factors that are aligning by the ease
of those factors that are utilized. Project control is the gathering, managing as well as analysis of
data that is utilized for the prediction, understanding as well as constructively influencing the
cost and time results of any specific project and program. This type of project control is done by
the information communication to obtain effective management and proper decision making.
The factors for controlling would depend successfully on the process as well as effective
communication. The significant implication of controlling and monitoring would be formed by
the implication management that is effective to form. Project controlling is done to know about
the recent changes in a project. The proper strategy or the undertaking planning methods
eventually help the project manager to optimize all the future outcomes. Moreover, this is even
helpful in estimating the costs and cost engineering or control. The proper management of risks
like the maintenance of risk register or risk analysis and assessment are done by the project
control in any typical project. The overall schedule and cost is also checked with the help of this
particular project phase. The factors would be simplified that are ease for utilizing the definition

formation of activities with ease. The result of project usage could make the modification in the
formation of the information. The execution of the project plan is actually based on the
alignment which has the development of forming successfully about the factors that are inclusion
