INTRODUCTION
Islamic management is defined as a system which emphasise that an individual is Allah
has bestowed information, talents, competence, and personality on someone else, which are all
necessary for effective administration (Arefnezahd, 2022). This is primarily focused on mutual
understanding, compliance, fair treatment, collaboration, and job dedication, as well as
maximising potential. Present study is conducted on the selection of 10 journal articles on
Islamic management in which mythology methods research design data collection method used
in different articles is being defined.

viewpoint of various authors states that respect and obedience for authority is the basic
fundamental need in Islamic management. Study underlines finding with the help of Quranic
Ayat which outlines human benefits. This research identifies unique employee friendly
management system that drive from Sunnah and Quran. In this research data collection and
analysis is being done with the help of secondary research method in which investigator
undertake use of inductive research approach. In addition to this present research paper include
qualitative research methodology however the major gap in this research is that the information
and data is limited as researchers avoided the use of primary data collection method which helps
in drawing sample size of certain population growth. In this it is recommended to make
improvements by taking use of questionnaire to have various sources to draw data and
information.

Preliminary Overview
The current article was written and presented by the Wan Khairul Aiman Wan Mokhtar and Siti
Nur Syafiqah Saibi during the year of 2017 which was discussing and revising about the
necessity and need of the Islamic management within supporting the administering of disasters.
Further, a literature gap is seen in study related with the having information about the applied
management that tend to including and comprises of the biggest victims in the Muslim country.
Thus, the current work and study is tending to be focused and emphasis about the incongruity of
the Islamic management towards the existent of disaster management system. Beside this, the
research method used within current article is based on the qualitative exploratory research

method in which collection of the data has been made through the library research. Beside this,
application of the content analysis approach is being made for the analysis of the collected data.
Further, the key finding of the current article tend to includes and comprises of the fact that there
is dire necessity of the making the use of the Islamic management to supports better
administrating of disaster management based on Islamic concept to reduce the level of Muslim
victims (Nurzannah, Ginting and Setiawan, 2020).

leadership that tend to adhere and strives the pursue promotion of the Islamic leadership and

of the Islamic management along with learning and developing better understanding about the

the having of higher justice as well as support truth as the key characteristics and principle of
Islamic management and it must be upheld even at the expense of sacrificing our own self‐
interest and regardless of the state or status of the person involved. Thus, the key principle and

justice and ensuring that a man must need to be acknowledgeable and should must practice what

Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the Islamic management solution
is a resource of worship that emphasises that all people are raised by Allah and that they must
focus on developing their skills, expertise, expert knowledge, and disposition, which are all
critical for effective management. Furthermore, it has been discovered and determined that
Islamic management places a strong emphasis on compliance and a high degree of mutual
respect, as well as collaboration, equal opportunity, job devotion, and full use of potential.
Finally, it should be noted that quantitative methods are objective in nature, but qualitative
methods facilitate and lead to in-depth data collecting and analysis.
