Initial Post Requirement
The ISO is a worldwide Federation of national standards bodies specifically for Quality
Management. The current updated addition is ISO 9001 for Quality Management (Hoyle, 2017).
International standards help in driving consumer and worker safety along with boosting annual
growth in GDP for different economies around the globe. Quality management principles are a
set of the fundamental rules, norms and beliefs that form a basis for quality management and
performance improvement of an organisation. The rationale the above list mentioned is to
explain importance of quality management principles for any organisation. As opined by
Goetsch and Davis (2014), ISO sets out criteria for Quality Management which mainly focuses
on seven major areas.
Customer focus
Every organisation thrives to meet the expectations of its customers. When an
organisation successfully games and retails the confidence of its customers and other
stakeholders, it leads toward the sustainability of the organisation.
Engagement of people
The engagement and improvement of competencies of people within the organisation
creating and delivering value to the customer.
Leadership
An effective leadership is successful only when the leaders have a purpose or directed
towards the achievement of the ultimate goal.
Process approach
A properly aligned process requires understanding of organisations goals and priorities
by its employees. In order to optimise performance, the organisation must consider the important
factors to satisfy the needs of its customers.
Evidence-based decision making
Making decisions in an organisation is challenging as it involves a certain amount of
uncertainty. This can be mitigated by gathering relevant evidence to support decisions beneficial
for the organisation.

The discussion that has already been the inventions that it is important to develop quality
standards for stakeholder’s satisfaction and fulfilling the stakeholder requirements (Crostack,
Klute & Refflinghaus, 2011). All the stakeholders actively participate the development process
of the project and monitoring the quality requirements, it becomes extremely important for an
organisation to manage its stakeholders. There can be multiple stakeholders working in the same
project, which can put a significant amount of stress to the project and influence its complexity
level. In addition to the increasing the number of shareholders in a project and their investment
certainly influences the complexity of the project. Therefore, a proper management of
stakeholders and communicating dams with each step of the project can help in fostering good
relationships with them. Stakeholders can be sent regular status updates, hold projection
