1.1 Summary
The Natural Lee is one of the finest company that has been using the fruits, honey,
nuts and certified vegetables with the help of the permaculture principles and the biodynamic
soils. The company has been started with Kevin Lee’s own background as a community
garden. The organic food growing and the eggs are the main attraction of their business. After
that situation, it can be said that horticulture and agriculture students are hired by them and
then the business has been grown enough to finish the procedure adequately. Kevin has been
concentrated his thought with the organic process, which will make the customer happy; that
is why the business has been taken places hugely. The info about the soil type, weather and
the crop are taken cared for by the Kevin. The pricing has been fixed with a premium mark in
the market, but the buyer is always interested to buy hygienic food against a large amount of
money. Also, Kevin loves to talk with the customer to take the feedback and the review.
After someday, Kevin has been started the home delivery business to the customers with fair
amount of pricing. After that, his wife also involved with the business, and various strategies
are needed to be finishd with the process of the assignment completion. So overall the
assignment has been finishd with the scenario with the process of the assignment completion.
There are huge scope can be identified to make the situation better. The product quality is
better because the owner uses the organic way of making the vegetables. That is why it can
be stated that those area and website are not familiar with this business, marketing is needed
to make the business area larger. It can be stated that the production is less because the
business has been started from the small area business. If the demand will increase, then then

it can be stated that the less production of the vegetables may create a negative impact in the
business.

1.3 Information about the organizational area of the study
The business has been grown enough for the best product quality and proper
marketing. It can be stated that there is various assignment that has to be managed properly to
get the solution finished. Kevin has been spread its business into the food forest to finish the
proper process. The business analysis has been taken cared to make the situation finished.
The sheep and the cattle are used to make the system better with the completion of the
business. The fertilization process has been started for growing egg production. Except for
this process, Kevin has been taken care of the business with the information of the soil
preparation, crop rotation, season and the weather. Another point is needed to be modified
that, grid electricity and the water feeding. Kevin has especially focused on the product
quality, as the pricing is very high for the organic product. Also, the delivery service has been
started in such a way, that the customer will get the product at home. For this reason, the

Customer book has been created to make the record of the student properly to get the
assignment done. The fruit and the vegetables are finished taken cared for by Kevin and his
wife properly. So it can be stated that his wife is supportive of the business. The Horticulture
aspect has been taken cared for by Kevin, and his wife Betty is skilled with the service and
customer relation. Also, the farm animal’s activity should be maintained to make the situation
better. Kevin has hired four experts to make the planting, weeding, watering and the
fertilizing adequately. Except that two other people are recruited to maintain the farm
machinery properly. That is how it can be stated that the business should be grown enough to
make the situation better with the completion of the assignment process to make the system
better. That is how the business will grow more.
Activity 2
2.1 Functions of Natural Lee
There are several functional areas that have to be maintained properly to get the
solution. Marketing, research, development, production, Customer satisfaction, Weather and
water supply calculation, Research, finance are the main functional area which is needed to
modify and accumulate properly.
2.2.2 Business Requirement
2.2.1.1 Background
There is the various requirement that has to be maintained to finish the process of the
assignment completion. The business in future work opportunity and the Customer need will
specify the interest to finish the process of the upcoming requirement.
2.2.1.2 Business opportunity
The business opportunity in future will help to grow the business properly. It can be
said that home delivery with long distance will help to grow the business. In the other hand, it

Those vegetables and fruits with high vitamin and demanding should be farmed in
this Natural-Lee company. Except that, good quality eggs are in the demanding position
always, that is why good bred of chicken should be collected to grow the business properly.
The home delivery and the rejected or wasted vegetables should be avoided to make the
system better. 2.2.2 Vision of Solution

The main vision of the business is to grow more in the area, in fact, if the production
level will high, then it can be stated that the product should be exported to the other countries
properly.

Various features like the separate team for the machinery and the horticulture should
be divided into the separate team members. Also, marketing should be modified through the
process of the assignment. It can be stated that the objective amount of assignment should be
finished with the proper good quality product and the home delivery features.
