1. Introduction
The report below shows the development of information system for the SPCB. The
organization deals with information about the student, programs, and courses related to the
programs and the student enrolment data. This report consists of the modelling diagrams of the
system that is to be developed for the SPCB. The organization will be able to maintain all the
operations easily with the development of this information system. A detailed schedule for
developing the system is also shown in this report.
2. Developing the Information System:
SPCB deals with student data, the programs that they offers to the students, the courses of
the programs, the enrolments of the students that are associated with the system. The
organization want to keep all their data up to date and for that purpose, developing this
information system is important. With the help of this information system, the organization can
store and deal with the data of the education centre more efficiently. This information system
will help the students to enrol themselves and manage the data very easily.
The information system will help the organization to increase the competition ability, and
can improve their data management strategy more efficiently. The information will also decrease
the administration expense of the education centre. The information system will provide precise
as well as effective presentation of the information system. The information system also allows
transparency of the economic activities that are carried out in the organization.

3. Business Case
The goal of developing the information system is to modify and improve the working
procedure of the SPCB. With the information system, SPCB can maintain and manage the data
more efficiently. Data management and data security is included automatically in information
system.
The objective that this project intend to achieve is developing an information system that
can manage the working process of the SPCB managing the data of the programs, the courses
they offer, the data of the student and their respective enrolments.
The budget that is scheduled for developing the management information system is
$158,800.
Data security is to be maintained in the information system and the information system
will require to make the operation faster in SPCB.
4. Business benefits
The benefits that SPCB will get with the implementation of information system in the
management system are:
 The staffs of the SPCB can manage and deal with the information system more
efficiently.
 The information system is a secured system that include data security in cloud.
 The system that is being built will also support mobile access.
 The student management and the program management can be done with the information
system.

student’s data securely and safely in the data and is able to retrieve the data when needed.
