Introduction
Analysis and designing are the 2 most important aspect of an IT project completion. This
report will discuss about the terminology of analysis and designing of the IT projects as per the
BABOK
Business Analysis and Designing in IT projects includes better understanding of the
functioning of the ongoing IT project. This helps in understanding of the pros and cons of the
project that is being currently processed on. With the help of the proper analysis of the project
the main advantage that will be received includes the fact that the prosecution of the entire
system will be benefitting the business organization. Proper analyzing of the project will help in
better understanding of the design that is to be implemented in the project for better execution of
the entire system. This is the main reason that the commencement of the project will get
benefitted in a positive manner. In case the designing of the project is performed as per the
projection of the analysis result the project completion will get better and this is the reason that
the commencement of the project will get managed in a better manner. Enterprise architecture
allows to perform in a better manner. Research with the help of better analysis of the IT project,
it gets performed in a better way. In case the analysis of the projects are performed in a proper
