Introduction
Technology can be a powerful tool for transforming learning. It aims to strengthen and
enhance the connection between education and students. Developing a new approach to
learning and collaboration; It can help narrow the gap between long-term equity and access
and adapt the learning experience to meet the needs of all learners. Technology Scientific
knowledge is used, or sometimes expressed, for the practical purposes of human life, to
change and manipulate the human environment.
Background of my organization
Information technology (IT) is the use of computers to store, retrieve, transmit, and manipulate data
or information. IT is typically used within the context of business operations as opposed to personal
or entertainment technologies. IT is considered to be a subset of information and communications
technology (ICT).

Understanding of Information Technology
Although information technology has become an integral part of the work of professionals,
it is not yet known what helps them to be accepted. Building and integrating key findings of
the closely related theoretical paradigm (technology acceptance model, planned behavioral
theory and diffusion theory) .We can test more than one complete, assertive model and test
the resulting model in the context of PDA acceptance by healthcare professionals. Using
LISREL take. S. Data collected from 222 doctors in the United States contradict the model. It
explains that 57% of doctors' intentions to embrace innovation fit the model well. Our study
provides useful insights into the issues that provide users with new ideas about accepting
technologies that influence technological acceptance decisions by professional.
Information technology (IT) is the ability to create all forms of electronic information; To
store Any computer for security and exchange? Storage; Network and other physical
equipment; Contrary to personal or entertainment techniques. Typically, IT is used in a
business environment. Commercial use of IT covers both computer technology and
telephony. The term information technology was coined by Harvard Business Review to
distinguish between intended machines and general purpose computers that can be
programmed for a variety of functions and limited functions. As the IT industry flourished in
the mid-20th century, computer performance increased as equipment costs and energy
consumption dwindled. As new technologies emerge, so does today (The internet will
continue to make life better, 2021).

Uses of It in business
Information Technology (IT) refers to techniques used in business for transmitting, storing,
manipulating and retrieving all kinds of data, including speech, text, movie, graphics and
reports of events such as equipment malfunction, intrusion etc. Typically, Information
Technology relates to the hardware and software that businesses use to manage and
operate a range of business processes. Most businesses network their computers so that
information can be shared.
Examples of the use of IT in business include:
1.Storing information about products such as stock control using complex databases.
2. Perform business calculations such as cost and profit calculations using statistics.
3. Writing information; Writing and writing other documents using word
processing packages
4. Fax, including telephone communication. Use of email and other means of
communication.
5. Creating websites as a promotional and informational tool for an organisation.
The major industries of the world would collapse, if the existence and use of information
technology were to be snatched suddenly from businesses. That's because most business
transactions and operations cannot be conducted in the 21st century without technology.

Type of IT available for business
When forming a company, there are many businesses to choose from. Each has its own
structure and rules. There are usually four main types of business. Sole proprietorships;
Partners Limited liability companies (LLCs) and corporations. Before starting a business,
entrepreneurs should carefully consider which business model best suits their business.
Information technology fosters innovation in business. Innovation results in smarter apps,
improved data storage, faster processing, and wider information distribution. Innovation
makes businesses run more efficiently. And innovation increases value, enhances quality,
and boosts productivity. Without information technology and system support, businesses
simply stop! If the internet or phone service goes down in an office, nothing can get done —
HR, finance, operations, communications, sales, and all other departments depend on
functional computer and information systems to complete their work.

Innovation is the great way to success in this digital age. The path of innovation in business
means doing something different, smarter or better that will make a positive difference in
terms of value, quality or productivity by using emerging or proved technologies of the
world. The technology which has already proved itself in last two decades is of course the
information technology (IT). It has dramatically changed the lives of the individuals and
organisations. Currently online shopping, digital marketing, social networking, digital
communication and cloud computing are the best examples of change which came through
the wave of information technology. Now accurate business planning, effective marketing,
global sales, systematic management, real time monitoring, instant customer support and
long term business growth cannot be achieved at the optimum level without IT. The success
of every business depends on certain factors. Some of which are accurate analysis, choosing
the right technology and the future vision. Research from the last two decade has proved
that those organisations that do invest in technology and choose the path of innovation
increase their market share, financial figures and overall competitiveness. Information

technology is the only technology which provides you the opportunity to analyse specific
data and plan your business journey accordingly. It also provides you many tools which can
solve complex problems and plan the scalability (future growth) of your business. In the
modern age, it is proved that digital marketing is a great tool which let you promote your
products or services to the global market while sitting in the comfort of your remote office
or home. And thanks to the cloud computing and modern communication which enable you
to form a global organisation, manage and monitor its virtual offices all over the world. Now
I will briefly explain how information technology plays a vital role in different phases of
business. Speed and accuracy are at the heart of making right decision for your business.
Every successful organisation has to go through a comprehensive market research process
which enables management to make the right decision. Market research can be done in
many ways through online surveys, forums, blogs, group discussions using World Wide Web
and of course through in-person interviews as well. Currently Big data, Google Analytics and
Microsoft CRM Dynamics are also great tools to extract useful information which can impact
on decision making. These online tools not only provide real time responses from the
potential audience but also ensure the accuracy of data by minimising the risk of human

software
Software, instructions that tell a computer what to do. Software comprises the entire set of
programs, procedures, and routines associated with the operation of a computer system.
The term was coined to differentiate these instructions from hardware—i.e., the physical
components of a computer system. A set of instructions that directs a computer’s hardware
to perform a task is called a program, or software program. The two main types of software
are system software and application software. System software controls a computer’s
internal functioning, chiefly through an operating system, and also controls such peripherals
as monitors, printers, and storage devices. Application software, by contrast, directs the
computer to execute commands given by the user and may be said to include any program
that processes data for a user. Application software thus includes word processors,
spreadsheets, database management, inventory and payroll programs, and many other
“applications.” A third software category is that of network software, which coordinates
communication between the computers linked in a network. Software is typically stored on
an external long-term memory device, such as a hard drive or magnetic diskette. When the
program is in use, the computer reads it from the storage device and temporarily places the
instructions in random access memory (RAM). The process of storing and then performing
the instructions is called “running,” or “executing,” a program. By contrast, software
programs and procedures that are permanently stored in a computer’s memory using a
read-only (ROM) technology are called firmware, or “hard software.”
Hardware
Computer hardware refers to the physical parts of a computer and related devices. Internal
hardware devices include motherboards, hard drives, and RAM. External hardware devices
include monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and scanners.The internal hardware parts of a
computer are often referred to as components, while external hardware devices are usually
called peripherals. Together, they all fall under the category of computer hardware.
Software, on the other hand, consists of the programs and applications that run on
computers. Because software runs on computer hardware, software programs often have
system requirements that list the minimum hardware required for the software to run.
