computer software & hardware solution that provides a complete support of the management,
operations and strategists in the business organisation. Those technologies who are engaged in an
operations, collection, transport, retrieving and access of an information in all its forms. IT can
be defined as a capabilities which is being offered to any organisation by a computer, software,
business application and also a telecommunication to deliver data, complete information and full
technology as well as knowledge into the processing of an information (Bharati, 2017) It was
identified that in the IT sector, role of information technology is important to rises business
operation and also system be functions during the given point of time. Also, IT sector is in need
to generates funds and money that needs to be put to establishes business outcomes of a retail
sector. Use of the IT is to makes clear and completes records of transaction in retail business,
enhances customer level of the services as well as optimised understanding of an operations.

into defined business environment or time period. TESCO is in need to rise scope for increasing
use of the IT in their premises by taking corrective courses of an action to sustain business
