Global information system is one such system which is utilized to deliver the totality of
measurable data all over the world within specific aspects (Arvidsson, Holmstrom and Lyytinen,
2014). The tasks associated with the design of global information systems are the support
mechanisms, process and system design and lastly the technical architecture.

The EU companies can opt for the digital marketing, automated tools and the website
cookies. The US companies can accumulate the data of the customers from EU and US and can
carry out the business via online (Tarhini, Arachchilage and Abbasi 2015). In coming years
GDPR will go global. The GDPR will allow US to conduct the business over the cloud platform.

A decision support system is a system that assists organization in taking effective
decision (Arvidsson, Holmstrom and Lyytinen, 2014). The DSSs facilitate the operations,
management and planning levels of an enterprise. There are four models of DSSs and they are
Adaptive, Symbiotic, Expert and Holistic. Symbiotic DSSs is one of the models which identifies
