About Myself
My name is Santhoshi. I have a strong belief in the pursuit of personal improvement. It
is a way for me to assess my skills and traits, consider my life goals, and establish goals
to optimise my talents. People can only grow to the extent that such needs are met, and
such needs are hierarchically structured. An additional degree of need is generated only
when one of necessity has been satisfied. Even though the requirements of individuals
change in their life, the extent of necessity will always inspire their behaviour.
To start the journey of self-improvement, I need to be self-aware. Self-awareness is
essential because one is able to experience themselves as individuals if they have a
deeper understanding of themselves (Nida-Rümelin, 2017). Then they may make
changes, build on their strengths, and better predict areas in which they would like to
improve. As such, I took on personality tests to help me identify my strengths and
weaknesses. Personality testing is useful since it demonstrates personal strengths that
empower experts to establish the best service for their talents (Pelt et al., 2018). When
people know more about their personality, they are able to discover professions and
areas that correspond to their individuality; or the elements of their personality they
need to work on to succeed in their respective careers. Therefore, I conduct a reflective
CPD to help me identify my strengths and weaknesses. This will help me come up with
a plan on how to grow in my career.
My achievements
The most important element of computer science is finding solutions to problems, a life
skill everyone should have. Students learn more about software and hardware design,
development, and revision to solve challenges in a range of industries, scientific and
social environments (Garg, 2015). Computers have a critical human element, as they
resolve issues and aid people. This was the impressive reason why I graduated in
Computer Science and Engineering.
The main aim of informatics is to improve the ability to solve problems: Consider solving
issues rationally, computerised and artistically. Examine and analyse an issue, create a

solution algorithm as a systemic approach to analyse data needed to achieve the
desired performance and use it as a software program. I have acquired this talent, and
that in my job, it was extremely helpful. For instance, in my career as well as in
everyday life, I am highly analytical as well as excellent with problem-solving.
How I have developed my skills
One of the important ways I have enhanced my talents is by pursuing a master’s
degree. I suppose that in my profession, having a master’s degree in computer science
is very important. It has also enhanced my technological development as well
as research capabilities. This has played a huge part in my technical abilities too. A
master’s program could support workers by expanding their skills in their field, helping
them progress their careers. For instance, a masters course offers students additional
expertise in technological disciplines, like network security and software development.
Moreover, I concentrate on self-awareness, and I increasingly comprehend my
shortcomings and skills. By believing me, I can inspire confidence and establish a
strong, goal-oriented team. I likewise understand how to handle my time more efficiently
through incorporating various tools to assist me in planning then get the greatest
outcomes in my everyday daily work. I also focus on my leadership skills. Since
leadership remains an amazing way to use ones’ natural abilities to encourage others
(Mehrabani and Mohamad, 2015). I aim to become more aware of my strengths as well
as deficiencies, leading in self-confidence and a capability to engage with others as I
learn to develop my leadership capacity. My organisational capabilities to organise and
optimise awards are continuously being improved. Working back-to-back with my
workforce is important to inspire, support and solve my mistakes.
Career plan
My career goal is to have short as well as long-term objectives related to a career path.
I wish to become more conscious of my strengths as well as weaknesses as I advanced
to my master’s degree. I performed certain tests to learn my capabilities and
weaknesses. I realise what an asset is and what is a hurdle for me. Based on my
strengths as well as limits, I will endeavour to achieve my objectives. I will share my

plan to achieve my goal with my colleagues, trainers and coworkers. I am also going to
collect thoughts and explore the options.
I comprehend the conditions for my chosen professional journey. I need to grasp
(studies) many of these topics to make my professional objective both more effective
and successful. I will focus more on then learn how to overcome my shortcomings. Time
management is not one of my strong features, for example. So, I will try to handle my
time extremely fast and effectively in order to complete my duties by the timetable
(given).

I also focus on my leadership skills. Since leadership remains an amazing way to utilise
an individual’s natural abilities to encourage people. I aim to become much more

Furthermore, I have established a pleasant as well as close connection with my leaders.
I have spent time realising that my department head has a research strategy, teaching
courses, management service boards, and several students like me. I have learned not

In my opinion, each researcher who decides to employ hybrid methods for their study is

methodology approach. Secondly, the problem in numerous respects is to find out

which hybrid approach study design is most appropriate for a particular study. Mixed
approaches might require a considerable amount of investigators’ time, effort as well
as energy. The researcher needs to be aware of this, especially if they work alone. They
also stress that some scientists oppose mixed research methods and consider it a
combination of various views limiting them to a mixed methodological strategy to the
truthfulness of study.
