by IT are cloud computing and automation. Cloud computing has become quite popular in the
business world due to the efficiency it provides in the operations. It utilizes the IT for
capitalizing on time and resources for the businesses. IT helps in creating automation for higher
efficiency. Automation is known for reducing the cost and saves time and effort. The processes
of billings, data management and storage required a lot of time but automation allows the
