INTRODUCTION
IT system have emerged as one of the greatest tool for the industries as it have
contributed in the rapid growth and development of the organisations. Introduction of various IT
solutions have also increased the operational efficiency of the staff members as it have
provisioned various tools that provides automated work and it has also ease the complicated
tasks of the firms. This study will help in analysing the functions and use of establishing the IT
system in the Volkswagan. It will also help in providing solutions which can be derived from the
IT System in order to achieve the the main objectives of the organisations. The report will also
concentrate towards identifying the different ways of IT system in processing and storing the
data in order to manage the data efficiently. The research will also create an understanding about
implementing the system that support value added change.

The IT system maintains the computerised information system that help to process the
data efficiently and effectively within the organisation. This IT based system also helps in
producing the useful and timely information which helps in improving the communication
infrastructure of the Volkswagan for adopting automated functions within the firm. This also
helps in managing the hardware, software and networking requirements of the Volkswagan.
Being the Trainee IT manager in consultancy firm, one have to retrain the employees about use
of advanced technology in order to improve the working efficiency of the staff members within
the organisations (Carter, Carter and Pylkkanen,2018). Various functions of organisations are
described below that uses the IT system in order to improve the performance of the Volkswagan.
Appropriate implementation of the IT system within the organisation will also contribute towards
the growth and development of the business and hence it will leads to the achievement of the
main objective of the Volkswagan. Different function of organisation that uses the IT system are
as follows:

The financial function of the enterprise is the most crucial department that manages inflow and
outflow of cash within the hospitals. This department determines the appropriate figure of loses
and profits that are incurred by the Volkswagan. This generally consists of various functionalities
such as Account receivable records, Account payable records, Payroll records, Inventory control

order to manage the the flow of information and this is also used in point of data
collection, logistics and inventory control and internal communication. Effective

It is very important to implement IT systems in order to improve organizational
efficiency. This will help in increasing productivity and operational efficiency. Through this,
Volkswagen will be able to produce high quality products and manage its operations
systematically. By implementation of IT systems, performance can be enhanced. It will also
support in doing complex task in easier way (Wang and Wei, 2016). furthermore, the
communication between departments will be done instantly and handling of operations will be
automated. There are several IT systems that can be implemented by Volkswagen. these are as
follows :-
Cloud computing – Volkswagen can implement cloud computing system that will enable in
providing after sales services to people. also, it will help in identifying their problems and
providing real time solutions. Besides this, it will be easy for Volkswagan to gain customer
satisfaction and retain them. apart from this, Volkswagen will not have to maintain their IT
infrastructure and cloud computing will provide a platform through which it will be easy to avail
service by customers easily. Moreover, it is easy to maintain cloud computing systems.
CONCLUSION
It is been concluded from the above study that advancement of IT system in an
organisations had supported the growth and development of the Volkswagan which ultimately
contributes towards the long term sustainability of the firm. The report had made a clear
understanding about the role of IT system in different department which supports the
management of data and had leads to the achievement of objectives within an organisation. The
study had also concluded various solutions that helped in introducing flexible and reliable IT
system in order to satisfy consumer requirements. It had also provided various IT system
methods which supports Value added change within Volkswagan. This report have also
supported this context by providing various recommendations and suggestions for the
