Aim
The aim of the project is to develop the IT (Information Technology) centre in the city
capital. As the land own in the budget of $ 40 million that is for the IT (Information
Technology) centre. The client also offers an additional amount of 25 million for other
developments like hardware’s & software’s. In this project, use the new technologies as this
will help the clients to complete & understand the work more efficiently & easily in the new
centre of IT. It includes some assumptions to complete the project. The technologies used in
this centre will provide flexibility to users. After completing the assumptions, discuss the
methodology that is used in the project. The software used for the implementation &
evaluation of the project. At last, the Gantt chart that displays the schedule of the project &
work breakdown structure that divides the task into subparts for easy understanding.
Assumptions
ï‚· The project should not exceed the budget that is 25 million for the next 5 years for the
requirements of IT.
ï‚· The land own should be in the budget of $ 40 million for the IT centre.
ï‚· The approvals & permits from the higher authorities are taken already.
ï‚· The work completed in the given time as per the authority.
ï‚· The context of the technical for the project that is platforms & environments will be
utilizing.
ï‚· The project should work on agile methodology.
 The software’s used in this project are needed to be in trend.
 There will be provided proper security for the customer’s data.
Planning Methodology
For developing the new IT (Information Technology) centre, the methodology used is Agile.
The agile methodology used instead of others because:
ï‚· This method suggested the iterative & incremental approaches for the designing of
the software in the IT centre.
Document Page
ï‚· This methodology divides the models of this project into subparts on which the
designer works.
ï‚· The agile method is taken to be unstructured in comparison to other models like a
waterfall (Gupta, 2019).
ï‚· In this model, the customer of the IT centre has the opportunity to frequently & early
take a look at the product & make changes according to their decisions.
ï‚· In this model, the process of the development of the IT centre is iterative & execution
of the project is in a short time.
ï‚· Planning required is very minimal.
ï‚· At the end of every stage of the project, there is a need for the acceptance of the
customer.
ï‚· Every stage of iteration has the phase of the testing. It provides the implementation of
the testing of regression every time when new logic delivered.
ï‚· In this model, need communication among the developers & analyze together the
requirements & planning (Dhir, 2019).
The software’s used for the evaluation
ï‚· Linx
It is the server & low IDE code. The IT centre uses the Linx to randomly develop the
customs process of business automatically, applications that are integrated, expose
services like web & to handle the workloads efficiently.
o It is easy to use, drop interface & drag.
o It has the development in just one click.
o Debugging live with levels by applying logic.
ï‚· Cloud 9 IDE
It is the integrated online software environment for development for the IT centre. It
assists many other languages such as C, C++, Perl & Python, etc.
o It will allow making the entire environment development clone.
o It will drag simply files & terminal for developing the multiple views of the
split.
o The terminal of build-In for the command line wizard.
ï‚· ATOM

It is an open source & free. It is the text editor as it will be customized for anything as
there will be no need for upgrading the file to configure.
o It will work among many operating systems such as OS X or Linx.
o It will help the developer to write the code smartly & flexibly.
o Preview, replace & find text among the project.
ï‚· Bootstrap
It is the accessible framework that is used for evolving with CSS, JS & HTML. It has
built-in components that will be drag & drop easily collects the pages of the web.
o It will enable the utilization of block codes.
o It will provide the vast components of the list.
ï‚· My SQL
It is a database that will be used to gather the information about the IT centre; it runs
on many platforms like Linx, etc.
o It will allow storing the large data & accessible from multiple
storages.
o It will keep the data secure by encrypting it (Nuscheler, 2019).
Expected Outcome
ï‚· Developments of the learning in the technology.
ï‚· It has achieved the end state that may be verified by the result of measurable.
ï‚· The project will complete in the given budget & duration.
ï‚· It will increase the services of the IT centre.
