before the initiation of the project then it would be able to meet the expected outcomes and
primary project objectives as well. In order to resolve these risks the project manager must
prepare a risk register considering the impact and possibilities of occurrences of the risks. For
this project triple project constraints have been selected in terms of cope, time and budget. The
project is assumed to be accomplished within the budget and time of respectively $65 Million

control and project closure. Each of the project development phases are interconnected to each
other and the output of one phase act input to the very next phase. The details of the project
development phases are elaborated in the below section:
Project initiation: In this phase the project scope statement will be prepared and shared
among the project team members. As soon as the project scope is developed it become the
responsibility of the project assigned project team members to understand the scope and
objectives of the project.
