Jaspreet. This particular website is being developed in the department of state government. The
main duty of Ruby is all about adding links to the news services so that they can enliven the
government webpage (Browne 2018). It merely comprises of link that is merely inclusive of
global news channel.
Discussion
Later on, it was concluded that the given sites aim to provide new on the court cases
that are merely under suppression. At the instance of the clause, it is merely under the process
in whole of Australia. At the time of noticing the clause, it can bring huge amount of
embracement to some of the department of government. IT manager of the following
department that is Jaspreet had not seen the website before it went live. Jaspreet has not tested
every link and notice each of allocated link (Elliott and Drummond 2015). The manager is in the
situation of ethical dilemma that who should take the responsibility and steps that should be
taken for the given event. It is the duty to prevent the recurrence of this particular kind of issue.
At the instance of collecting information, IT manager needs to be open to alternative
interpretation for the given event. It needs to be bound to the patient and its confidentiality so
that analysis can be done with respect to patient and families. Accuracy is very much important,
which is considered to be trade-off for collecting more information (Howell 2015). It is the duty of
IT manager to come up with live option to be given at each and every stage of decision making
that is needed by decision makers. IT manager needs to analyse each and every consequence
of decision.
Jaspreet needs to be behind the technical needs of the given job so that they can
understand the moral dimension. IT manager needs to make use of ethical resources for
analysing the moral standard (Underhill and Rimmer 2017). Jaspreet, IT manager of the
department, needs to take a list of steps like

Recommendation
IT manager needs to focus on code of conduct which is aligned to the professional
standard of legislation. Any kind of failure to follow the code can be considered to be as a claim
of professional negligence. Failure to follow the code may lead to disciplinary action that is given
