The learning outcomes in the previous weeks include the theories of ethics and certain
codes and principles and also how the ethics and behavioral principals affect the workplace
environments. It is observed that in many cases the people in the organizational hierarchy fails to
abide by the principles of ethics (Drumwright, Prentice and Biasucci 2015). The learning
outcomes also involve customer social responsibility (CSR) which enhances the organization as
well as the stakeholders and also the general purpose of the organizations are also benefited. The
business requires ethics and also adequate amount of ethics is required and these ethics and
principals helps the companies to grow in their respective aspects. The measures that the
organizations can take in order to improve their business has also been discussed in the previous
weeks.
The measures include joining of a trading organization which will provide ethics and
regulations which the organizations must obey to. The study also defines the future plans for the
ethical challenges faced by the companies and also the measures that should be taken in order to
follow them. The decision making process is also discussed during the previous weeks and how
ethics are essential during the decision making (Kernaghan 2014). The use of IT in an unethical
manner is increasing the risks of use of new technologies in various aspects. The various types of
relationships that an IT manager should maintain with the organization and its employees, have
also been discussed in the previous weeks. The IT workers need motivation and encouragement
and how they can be motivated more towards their work has been discussed in the previous
week.

Definition of relevant concepts and theories
Various concepts and ethics have been discussed in the previous weeks and some of them
are defined and discussed here. Ethics can be described as the moral principles by which an
organization or a group of employees work in an organization and which might help the
organization to grow in harmony (Peters 2015). Corporate social responsibility discussed here
can be defined as the process by which the company can monitor its contribution towards the
society and people. The unethical behavior mentioned here refers to the various kinds of
misdeeds and misbehaviors that an individual may commit while in an organization.
Knowledge learnt to be used as IT professional
The values and concepts that have been learnt from the previous weeks, can be used in
various ways in the IT industry as a professional. The ethical knowledge learnt can be used as IT
professional which will enhance the performance of the individual as well as the company. The
customer social responsibility concept might also be used by as an IT professional which will
help the maintenance of harmony in the organization.
